3rd Person POV:

Dream was now welcomed in JR as a guest. Feathers treated him like a good friend, although he was a bit more childish, it reminded him of his brother. Every time Feathers had a break, he would spend even just a few minutes with Dream, he was like a son to him. It gave him a purpose in life, it even made him happy for once.

One day, Dream went out to see Midnight and his team. He went out through the castle gates and headed towards the forest. Their house was miles away from the castle, but he didn't bother to teleport because he could enjoy the lovely scenery of the forest.
He then heard humming from the trees, he suspected it would be Midnight or one of his friends so he searched the source of the humming. Eventually, the humming stopped and someone came down from the trees behind him. Dream looked at him, he looked like an alternate version of Blue, but with different clothes and his eyes have glitches in them. He greeted Dream with this weird tone in his voice.

DS!Blue: Well hello Dreamy~

Dream: Are you an alternate version of Blue?

DS!Blue: Why yes! Yes I am! You may call me whatever you like!

Dream: ... Then I'll call you "Navy"!

Navy: Splendid! But why "Navy"?

Dream: I just thought of 'Navy Blue'.

Navy: Using the color wheel I see? Splendid! Well I'll be seeing you around!

Navy went off towards the castle, he was waving goodbye at Dream while walking. Dream then continued his way towards Midnight's house, he then stopped and heard someone humming again, and this time it wasn't Navy.

The humming was rather glitchy, it reminded him of Error. He figured it might really be the alternate version of Error, so he started to come up with a nickname for him. "Glitch" was the first thing that came to mind.

So he started searching for the said Glitch and he was also lucky to find Midnight and X with the alternate version of Error.
Dream loudly greeted them, startling the Error and causing him to glitch out. X sighed at Dream and told him that their Error was very jumpy from time to time. Dream immediately apologized to him.

Midnight: You know, you don't have to apologize THAT much.

Dream: I'm sorry.

X: Right... So what are you going to call him?

Dream: I'll call him Glitch!

Midnight: Okay! Glitch it is!

The three waited for Glitch to gain conscious again. After a few minutes, Glitch sat up and held his head. Dream looked at him sympathetically and held his hand to help him up. Glitch was a bit uncertain, but he took the hand and was lifted up. He then began to greet himself.

Glitch: Hi... Y-YoU M-MuSt Be ThE OrIgInAl DrEaM. NiCe tO MeET YoU.

Dream: Nice to meet you too, Glitch.

Glitch: "GlITCh" hUh? OkAY, ThAnKs FoR thE NiCkNaMe.

They all talked together and became good friends.
They played all day, they pulled pranks and got to know each other better.
Then before sunset, near the lake. Midnight was having a small talk with Dream.

Midnight: You're a lot of fun Dream, I wish my brother was a lot like you.

Dream: I'm always curious about your brother. He seems like a nice guy, but can you tell me what happened between the two of you?...

There was silence for a while, Midnight looked away from him. Dream could sense a bit of sadness from him. He comforted Midnight and hugged him.

Dream: I'm sorry if I said something... It's okay if you don't want to talk about it.

Midnight: Thanks... Maybe someday, I'll tell you. But just not today.

Dream nodded and smiled at him. He then told him that he needed to go back to the palace, Midnight understood and waved goodbye to him.
Dream was off going back to the castle and went to the guest room to sleep to end another day.

In the meeting room, Feathers, Navy, and Blank were having a private meeting.

Blank: So what's your plan boss?

Feather: What do you mean 'Plan'?

Blank: About you being nice to an alternate version of yourself.

Navy: I think he's having a change of heart~

Feathers: I hate to admit it, but yes, I may have gotten 'soft' because of him. But one simple little guardian isn't going to stop me from doing my plans to destroy all negative emotions. Now I have to go and sleep.

Navy: Oohh, can I join??~

Feathers: Use you're own room dumba$$!

Feathers shouted at Navy and slammed the door on them. He then went to his room and slept.
