Face the Sun

~In Swapdream~

3rd Person POV:

Moon, Nightmare and Killer were all running from Sun, Moon's brother. Moon explained to them that Sun was an insane psychopath, it will be hard for them to make him snap back to his senses. The worst part about him would be that he's a lot stronger that the original Nightmare, even when he was in his corrupted form.

They just kept running and running, they eventually got tired and stopped by in the middle of the forest. Nightmare felt Sun's presence of positivity. He was already close to them. There was no point in running now since they're already tired. They just have to do this the hard way now.

They stood their guard and summoned their weapons. An ominous glow of yellow light came from above, Sun came down. His wings shined against the darkness of the forest, his aura was so radiant that it glowed outside of him, and his face showed the optimism of an insane murderer that killed countless lives.
He descended in front of them, giving his maniacal grin at each of them. Moon stepped in and asked him.

Moon: Why were you chasing us?!

Sun: Aww little brother, I was just having fun!

Moon: Is killing and making people insane fun to you?!

Sun: Hehehe fun can be painful but it's entertaining.

Moon: Please brother! I don't want to hurt you!

Sun: Neither do I brother, besides you've never done anything wrong to me. I'm just getting payback for all those years.

Moon: But those are innocent lives Dream! You can't just kill them all for your amusement!

Sun: So what? Are you going to stop me? They all deserve to die!

Moon: No they don't!

Sun: Why do you care about them!? I've been abused by those villagers my whole damn life! You don't understand how it felt to be used like a tool instead of a real person! Nobody treated me like a real friend!

Moon: But I did!

Sun: W-what?

Moon: Dream please, if we could just talk about this. Then maybe, we could be together again...

Moon mumbled the last part of his sentence. Sun's insane smile faded into a confused look. Moon went near and spreaded his arms to welcome a hug. Sun looked confused at what he was doing, so he tried to do the same.
Moon felt warm in his brother's arms, literally, it felt like he was hugging an oven, but he didn't mind at all.
Both Nightmare and Killer were staring there with a face that says 'I thought it would be harder that this'. And they both just shrugged it off.

~In the Original Multiverse~

Dimen and Sci received a call from Dust, saying that he needed a back up. Dimen told Sci that Horror was free and contacted him.

Horror: This is Horror.

Dimen: Hey Horror, Dust needs ya to come back.

Horror: Okay, just open up the portal.

Dimen opened the portal for him and a second portal towards Empireverse.

~In Empireverse~

Horror came out of the portal just to find Dust and Blue hiding in the bushes.
Dust explained his plan to him and he readied his axe. When the other Dust, which they nicknamed "Murder", wasn't looking, he smacked him with the end of his axe. Dust then carried the body and tied him, he then used the amulet to transform into Murder.

He gave both Blue and Horror a radio so they could hear what he was hearing. He then went off, leaving the other two behind.

After a while, they heard the radio speak up, it sounded like Dust was having an unpleasant conversation with the other Nightmare, which they nicknamed "Eclipse". 
Then Eclipse told him something really unexpected.

Eclipse: Wait... Do You like someone!?

Dust: Wha-

Eclipse: Tell me who it is or I'll have your head!

Dust: Umm...  Umm... Blue?...

With that answer, Horror burst out laughing and caused Murder to wake up. Blue was also listening and started to blush really hard that he fainted.
Horror then looked at Murder.

Horror: Sup Murder.

Murder: Traitor! How dare you work for the Sun Empire!

Horror: Oh yeah? What are you gonna do about it huh?

Murder: I'll tell you what! When I get out of here, I'm going to make the Emperor kill you for being a traitor!

Horror just looked unamused by him. He then used a blanket to cover his mouth and shut him up. He didn't stop struggling though. The radio then started to speak, it was the real Dust.

Dust: Hey are you guys still alive?

Horror: Yeah, but Blue passed out.

Dust: What?! Why?

Horror: Cause you admitted that you liked him. And now he passed out from blushing too much.

He glanced back at Blue to make sure if he was still okay.

Dust: Anyways, how's the other me?

Horror: Still good, he keeps saying that I'm a traitor so I tied his mouth with a blanket.

Dust: Okay, I'll keep ya updated. Later!

Horror: Later!

He then put the radio back into his pocket. Once Blue gained conscious again, he told him that they were taking shifts for the night.
