Reunited

~In Dreamswap~

3rd Person POV:

Cross and X were fighting guards that they passed by and encountered. They then saw a room where Blank was waiting outside of it. They assumed that Dream might be there so they quickly defeated the guards and ran towards Blank with their knives at hand.

Blank reacted quickly and dodged them. He summoned his paintbrush and made inky bones shoot from it. The dodged and sliced a few of them.
Blank twirled his brush around and made a slash of black ink. The two dodged this and continued attacking.

After a while, the three of them were all tired. But they refused to give up. They then heard running from the hallway, it was Nightmare and the others. Midnight was holding Feathers in his hands while he was sleeping.

Blank saw this and didn't know what to do now. He was usually given orders, now that Feathers was defeated. He had to let them in. So he opened the door for them.

Cross and Nightmare rushed to see Dream, sleeping peacefully on the bed.
Nightmare approached him slowly and sat beside him, he then stroked his brother's skull and comforted him.

Nightmare: Wake up Dream...

Dream: mmm... Five more minutes...

The others chuckled at him. Nightmare then started to shake him a bit. Dream yawned and slowly woke up from his small slumber. He looked around the room and saw his brother sitting next to him.
He slowly broke into tears as he saw his brother.

Dream: B-brother! Is it really you?!

Nightmare: Yes Dream. It is.

He was welcomed into a big hug. After a while, they both pulled away, tears were still in Dream's eyes. Nightmare slowly wiped them off with his thumb.

Feathers started to wake up, he noticed that his brother was carrying him. He asked that he wants to get down now. His brother agreed and put him down. X came closer to Feathers as he looked down on how short he was now.

X: Hey Midnight, This brother of yours is so cute in this form.

Feathers: I-I'm... I'm not cute!

X: Aww... You're so cute when you're angry~

Feathers started to blush a bit and puffed up. He then looked up at Dream and apologized to him. He said it was alright and hugged him a bit.

Feathers then went to the closet to take some clothes and went to the bathroom to change. After five minutes he came back out, wearing a teal shirt under a furry yellow hoodie and brow pants. It was similar to his old outfit but it fits him, since he's now smaller.

Feathers shyly approached his brother for a hug. X kept teasing him on how short he was.

X: Jeez Feathers, I would have to call you little fluff ball now, since you don't have feathers anymore~

Feathers: S-shut up!

He keeps puffing up and blushing at X's attempts at flirting. He just looks away, really annoyed while X is smirking.

Cross was looking at Dream and Nightmare as they celebrate their reunion with a hug.
Dream turned to Cross and wanted to give him a hug as well.
Without hesitation, Cross pulled Dream towards him and kissed him on the lips. They both were like that for a blissful minute.

Squealing could be heard, as well as a pissed off Nightmare being held by Killer.
After the two finshed kissing, they both hid their faces to hide their blush.

Nightmare was still clearly triggered so he decided to punish Cross.

Nightmare: That's it! No more chocolate for you this year!

Cross: WHYY-

X: Chill out dude, isn't Dream sweeter than chocolate?~

Cross, Dream and Feathers began to blush really hard.

Midnight can clearly see that X was trying to make a move on his brother. He playfully punched him on the shoulder. He was laughing and making hand signals that say:

"If you touch my bro, you're dead"

X was laughing and began sweating nervously.

Nightmare was getting very ticked about this.
Navy had an idea and purposely pushed Killer towards him. Killer bumped into Nightmare and he turned around.
It was awkward, Nightmare smirked at him. Killer's face began to blush red. Navy was making a face that says 'you like him don't ya?'

Navy: Come on you two! Kiss~

And with that, they both stood there awkwardly blushing at what Navy just said while he just keeps moving his eyebrows up and down.
Killer was about to look away, when Nightmare held his hand and gave him a quick kiss on the lips. Then he walked away, blushing a mix of purple and cyan. Killer was stunned and couldn't move.

Squealing could be heard from behind them.
Nightmare then faced his brother and told him that it was time to go home.

Dream nodded and they all said one last goodbye before entering the portal back to their original multiverse.
