Fighting for an Empire

3rd Person POV:

Ink was welcomed in the Empire of the Sun. They treated him like one of the Emperor's friends, and the Emperor himself welcomed him with open arms. He would join in the battle between the Sun and Moon Empire, only because he missed battling and making fun of Error.
One day, Emperor Sunrise, Aqua, and Chroma were out to check the village nearby. Ink stayed behind because he wanted to paint.

When he was in the garden painting a scenery on a big easel. One of the guards warned him that an attacker sneaked in the castle. Ink immediately stopped painting and teleported himself into the palace.
He ordered some of the guards to block every entrance and window so the intruder couldn't get out. And he told one of the guards to send a message back to the Emperor about this.
Ink cautiously held his paintbrush and walked along the corridors, slowly keeping a good eye for the attacker.

Then strings came from behind him, luckily, Ink cut them off with his brush. He could tell, the attacker wasn't alone because they were already standing in front of him.
They were Dust, Error, and Horror from the Moon Empire.
They all smirked at the artist, Ink knew he couldn't win this without help.
So he did what he could do right now. Annoy them to buy time.

Ink: Oh hey glitchy!

EV!Error: DoN'T cAlL mE GlItChY!

Ink: Geez! No need to be harsh! We're all friends here.

EV!Dust: Pfft. Friends? Yeah right, the only friends I have are my bones and my brother.

Ink: Hmmm... I know! I'll give you nicknames! I'll call you-

EV!Error: No. We AiN't doInG ThAt Sh!t! We'Re SUppOsEd To be fiGhTInG!

Ink: Aww come on! Does everything have to be violent with you guys? I mean, what do you even do in that shady Empire of your? It looks like a place of dull and boring people.

EV!Error: HoW DaRe YoU cALl oUr EmPirE BoRiNg!

EV!Dust: At least our Empire is stronger!

Ink: Says the people who failed to destroy our Empire!

The three were getting ticked off by Ink. They started to battle him, Ink was dodging like crazy.
He was starting to get tired from it. His enemies smirked, but he didn't give up that easy. He used his paint to trap them a bit so he could catch a little break.
After that little break, his enemies started to break free from his paints. Ink smirked at them. The gang was confused, until Ink pointed out behind them. Chroma, Aqua, and Emperor Sunrise were there with several guards blocking the exits.

The three were angry and quickly themselves teleported out.
Chroma checked to see if Ink was okay.

Chroma: Ink! Are you okay?! Did you get hurt?!

Ink: Yeah I'm fine! Don't worry!

Chroma: Okay, thank goodness you called us.

Ink: And thank god you guys got here on time! I was getting tired.

Sunrise: Sorry, we had a small delay back at the village.

Ink: Eh, it's fine. Now I must go back to what I was doing before... Wait... What was I doing before?...

The other three laughed at his forgetfulness and decided to offer him some tea so he could take a little break. Ink agreed and went with them to the dining area.

The maids of the castle prepared a tea party for them. The table was filled with teapots, teacups, cakes and biscuits. They all sat down on their chairs and began drinking the delicious tea.
Chroma started to ask Ink.

Chroma: So Ink, why were those three here?

Ink: I don't know? I just got word from a guard so I rush to stall them.

Sunrise: We're glad nothing was stolen or hurt.

Aqua: How about we make it official now?

Chroma: Aqua! Really? He's only been here for a few days. Give him more time.

Ink: More time for what?

Sunrise: For you to become an Elite Member of the Sun Empire.

Ink: Oh! I don't think I want to be part of it though.

Aqua: Why is that?

Ink: You guys may treat me like I belong here but... I'm not from here, I can't stay here permanently.

Sunrise: Oh, well okay then, it's fine Ink. We can still help you in anyway we can.

Ink: Thank you Emperor Sunrise.
