Aries was running through the hallway, desperately wanting to get where she wants, and she made on last turn and made it.

"Harry wait up!"

Harry and a bunch of people wearing Quidditch robes stopped walking and drew attention to her.

"This is going to be a very weird and quick request and I know it's not the time because your Quidditch game is about to start. But may I ask now?" she asked.

"Uh, yeah, sure, go ahead." Harry nodded, all ears.

She took a deep breath. "Can I join Gryffindor's Quidditch team?"

Harry was surprised by her request, he thought she'd ask for something ridiculous as usual but this time she's been serious for the first time. It made him feel quite happy.

"You're too skinny, you can't play Quidditch like this." Angelina Johnson commented. "And to me, you don't look like you got the energy to play with us, where do you get your energy from, dog food?"

"Rude. No actually, I get my energy from the sun, wind and nuclear fussion, very sustainable if you ask me." Aries responded, even nodding to agree with herself.

Angelina couldn't help but to laugh. "You're funny, Aries Black. I wouldn't mind letting you join the team."

"Huh," Aries raised her eyebrows. "Right after disrespecting me?"

"No, no, don't take it personal, I was only joking." she gave her a smile. "I hear a lot about your issue with Professor Snape, I'm surprised he still hasn't given you detention after throwing those comments at him."

"He wouldn't give me detention, I'm his favourite student, he just doesn't want to admit it." Aries said confidently.

Harry shook his head in disbelief.

"We can't get you in our team without Wood's permission." Katie Bell said. "I can call him if you want, I think he's in potion class."

"I'll call him." Aries volunteered.

They looked at her in unison.

"I know where potion class is, and it just takes a name to bring him here so I don't understand why you're looking at me like that as if I know nothing." Aries said.

"Oh no, its alright love." Angelina said. "You can call him. His name is Oliver Wood and he has short hair, innocent eyes and once you mention Quidditch he might fall off his chair out of excitement."

"Sports obsessed guy, got it." Aries nodded and walked away.

Angelina gave Harry a glance and playfully hit his shoulder. "With that gentle face you're giving her, you seem to have a soft spot, its cute."

"Rubbish," Harry quickly interrupted.

Katie Bell laughed along with Angelina, he immediately knew they were messing with him, it got him embarrassed.

Aries opened the door and got many eyes staring at her the moment she stepped foot inside.

And what made it even more awkward is when she saw Snape standing there wearing a scowl on his face, clearly annoyed of her presence.

"Professor Snape, it's good to see you again." Aries said happily.

He placed the book down and started walking toward her. She knew this wasn't good, so she gulped in fear and tried not to drop the smile.

"What is it that you want, Black?" he asked in a calm manner.

"I'm looking for Oliver Wood," she answered.

"Oliver Wood." Snape called loudly.

"Yes?"

Snape didn't speak, he gave Aries one last menacing look and walked back to the book he was using.

Aries saw a guy standing there, waiting for her to say something awkwardly. "Ah, you must be Oliver Wood, I—"

"Quiet." said Snape.

"What do you mean, quiet?!"

"5 points from Gryffindor."

Everyone in class was snickering and laughing quietly, while the Gryffindors were sighing and saying. "Oh not again, Aries."

Oliver placed his hand on Aries' shoulder and walked her out of class before she gets into deep trouble since this is Snape we are talking about.

"So, you called?"

Aries still had this bothered expression while eyeing the door, it made Oliver sigh and snap his fingers to grab her attention. "Hey, words can come out of our mouth without meaning it, it happens.

"Don't worry, I will restore out house's points once I beat everyone in the Quidditch field. Well since you're the Captain of the Gryffindor Quidditch team, I wanted to ask if I can join the team."

Oliver raised his eyebrows proudly. "Are you serious?" he asked in a happy tone, not what Aries expected, she thought she was going to have to fight to convince him.

"Of course I'm serious."

"Then you're in."

She smiled widely, that was too easy.

"But you have to practice first, you can't get in the first game with no knowledge on Quidditch, its like sending a lamb to the slaughter. As much as I want you to join despite not seeing you play, Professor McGonagall won't let you."

"Then when are we going to practice?" she asked.

"After the game. Make sure you stay with Harry and away from any other team, alright?" he asked.

"Yes sir." she nodded. "Good luck, I will be watching you among the crowd."

"Thanks." he fist bumped her.
