Eyes With Secrets

"Park Hyunho, you come out here right now!" I heard Kim Areum scream at the top of her lungs. She was right outside my room.

"I'm coming! Give me a minute!" I yelled back, tucking in my T-shirt.

"Ugh! Stop pacing outside her room, gurl!" I heard Dae Mun say to her. "She will come out."

"But we're already la-"

"I'm here!" I said cutting Areum off mid-sentence. "Let's go!"

It was the first day of our high school. Kim Areum and I had transferred to Seoul from Busan a few weeks ago. We have been friends for over five years now. We moved in with my childhood friend, Dae Mun who also attended our high school. We were all living together now. Apartments in Seoul were BIG!

It was poring outside when we reached the school. It was unusual,rain in Seoul. Mun parked her car in her usual spot,as said by her. All three of us took out our umbrellas and walked into the school building. It was a really modern school with high ceilings and glass walls,through which you could see the lush greenery outside. It was really beautiful with rain lashing at the panes. We walked towards the school's main office to collect our timetables for the year.

We were greeted by a well groomed lady, probably in her early fifties. She had a warm smile that instantly made me feel welcome. Living in Seoul might be a good idea after all.

We all had different classes before noon and the same ones after noon. We met each other at the cafeteria for lunch. We were walking with our trays of food over to the cafeteria trying to find a place to sit, when we saw a guy, immensely handsome, with very white, pale and powdery kind of skin.

 Areum and I gasped at the guy, a few inches taller than us. He was inhumanly beautiful,his cheekbones slightly accentuated from the lighting in the cafeteria. His hair was ruffled as if he was standing in the wind, but it suited him. He looked breath takingly beautiful! He was walking towards us with a grim smile on his face. What did a guy who neither of us knew had to do with us? Why was he walking towards us? Things got even weirder when he put his hands around Mun! We stood there awestruck.

It took us a moment to realize that the guy was none other than Kim Taehyung, Mun's boyfriend. We had been hearing about him since we got here. It was good to see who this 'really amazing guy' was.

"Hi! I'm Kim Taehyung. You can call me Tae."

"Oh hi Tae. You know us??" I asked confused by the unusual friendliness.

"Yea, do you know us?" Areum asked shadowing my words.

"Yea of course .Mun has been talking about you from even before you got here .Believe me it got a bit tiring after a while" he said laughing. His features were more accented when he smiled.

"We've been hearing a lot about you too. She wouldn't shut up since the moment we got off that plane!" Areum said.

"Yeah, it's good to finally see you." I said

"The pleasure is mine."

He then turned and smiled to Mun. "You wanna go to the basketball court?"

Why would they go to the basketball court at lunchtime? Uh oh.

"Sure!" Mun replied." Hey guys, why don't you guys find a place to sit? I'll see you guys at art."

And he and Mun trudged off together hand in hand. Mun left her lunch here. Gosh, she really can forget about her surroundings when Kim Taehyung is around her. But it was really cute seeing her happy.
