"You sure you don't want me to come pick you up?" Jimin asked, just as he pulled his Mercedes outside my apartment.

"No, it's fine. We'll make it there, before eight." I replied and smiled at him. We were still inside the car.

"Okay."

"Hey, it's gonna be fine. Just text me your address, and we'll be there." I said and gave him a reassuring smile.

"Yeah. It's my parents I'm worried about more." he said, worry obvious in his tone.

"Well, we'll have to see about that, right? There's nothing you and I can do other than wait and see."

"Yeah. Thanks Hyunho, for agreeing to come." Jimin said and moved closer to me. I hadn't noticed him remove his seat belt, but he had. I've got to get used to him moving so fast for the human eye.

He inched closer to me. My seat belt was still intact. He slid his hands past my waist, making sure not to touch me and unbuckled the belt. I felt me heart start racing faster. He looked into my eyes, moving his face close to mine, and stopping just inches away from it. He stared into my eyes, and I saw his face tilt, and eyes partially close. My insides felt like they were going on a roller coaster.

"Hyunho! You're here!" Mun said rushing out through the door of our apartment.

"Aishh!" Jimin said and moved back into his seat, embarrassed maybe?Or annoyed? Him annoyed was sight to witness. He didn't really look like he was annoyed. Just like a cute little baby who didn't have his food.

"Aww it's fine Jimin." I said and smiled at him, making sure I wouldn't laugh. I gave him a peck on his cheek and got out of the car.

"Hey, Mun! What's with the excitement? We just saw each other a few hours back."

"Oh it was just because Areum said she'll tell me what happened at the park only after you came."

"Ahh that's what this is, huh?"

"Yes, so come in! Quick!"

"Yes, I'm coming. Lemme just say a quick goodbye to Jimin."

"Oh I completely forgot about Jimin!" Mun said.

Yes, me and Jimin, both knew that she hadn't realized Jimin was with me when she yelled out to me.

I turned around to see that Jimin had got out of the car and was standing next to his open door, leaning his shoulder on the roof of the car.

"Oh, hey Jimin. Didn't see you there." Mun said and waved at him.

"Hey, Mun. Did Areum say anything about what happened?"

"Nope, still trying to get it out of her. She seems smitten tho."

"Okay, good luck!" Jimin said.

"Bye, Jimin. I'll see you in a while, ok?" I said.

Jimin smirked and said, "Laters, baby"

"Huh?!" I gasped in response, but he just smirked, got in his Mercedes and drove away.

"What the hell was that?! Young lady, you've got some explaining to do! Why didn't you tell us, you were going over to Jimin's place? And,  laters baby ?Are you kidding me?!"

"Whoa, first of all, he said that for the first time. He hasn't 'acknowledged' me like that before. And I like it to be honest." I said and noticed Mun raise her eyebrows at me on the last part." Anyways, it's not just me. You and Areum are coming over too."

"Oh."

"Yes." That must've cleared her doubts. Haha, Mun cared for me. It was obvious. She was kind of like my parents at times. I shrugged off the thought as soon as I had thought of it.
