Simple Summary:
the story involves the two female college student characters and revolves around the Hanahaki disease which is a fictional disease that causes the victim to vomit flowers from having a one-sided love and the only way of getting rid of it is by the other person involved to grow true feelings of love back but if not then the victim dies of suffocation as the flowers fill up their entire lungs.
