Chapter 7: Sport's Festival, Here We Go!

Kya POV-

Obstacle Course. Sounds... so... exciting! What is going to happen? Will it be hard like Illu-nii's training or easy like the Hunter Exam? My inner rambling continued longer than I thought because when I looked up I was standing there alone, everybody else was already running away into the tunnel. As soon as it clicked that I should go, Halfie was freezing everyone inside of the tunnel. It looked like an ice- rink! Cool! I started sprinting... well more like a light jog. ( Caterman told me to hold back) I quickly passed everyone and caught up to Halfie. Others from my class escaped Halfie's attack and were now behind me.

When Halfie had turned around and looked for who had escaped, his eyes widened at the fact that I was sprinting at him. For me It was a speed walk at that point in time.

Aizawa POV-

What is that weirdo child doing? She is just standing there doing nothing with her eyes glazed over. She was also still holding that damned stuffed animal in her hand, granted that her grip on it was loose. When I said hold back, I didn't mean for her to just stand there. Her eyes suddenly focused and she started to deadass sprint up a storm behind the others with that stuffed animal stuffed down her shirt, the head wildly flopping around at the top. What the hell is wrong with this kid?

Her eyes had lit up when she saw that Todoroki had frozen the tunnel, was it because that made it more challenging? No, it was probably a stupid reason I had come to excpect from this problem child. She slid across the ice so gracefully you would have thought that she was ice- skating. MIc yelled into the microphone, " AIZAWA, WHAT ARE YOU TEACHING YOUR KIDS?! THEY'RE CRAZY!" I gruffly spoke into my microphone as a response, " I didn't teach them anything. They are fueled to beat each other..." I start muttering under my breath that Kya was most likely the only exception to that. Mic looked over at me with one of his eyebrows raised. I shrugged in response and go back to watching.

Kya had gotten behind Todoroki as they were both entering the robot zone. Todoroki freezes the robots off balance but Kya zoomed on under anyway, she had cleared them before they fell. Some of her other classmates hadn't gotten so lucky. She continues to surprise me in her capabilities. I wonder what else she can do?

Todoroki POV- (the POV switches this time lol)

What in the world is up with this girl? She was standing still at the beginning and now she is right behind me. I will just freeze the robots off balance, that'll do it... right? She would have to scale them wasting time. I run through the just frozen bot's legs and look behind me. I don't see her anymore. Great. I turn my head back to the front to see her jumping into my arms. Out of reflex I catch and before I could stop myself I said, " What are you doing?"

Kya POV- ( I told you I have no control... lol)

I made it past the frozen robots and looked behind me to see Halfie looking behind him. Then it came to me, the most important question I have had since that purple man's mustache talking ability. Is his body two separate temperatures for their respective sides?

Before I know it I jump into his arms and him catching me. I could barely hear him asking, " What are you doing?" That was how deep I was in thought. I look up to his face with a deadpan look, because that should have been obvious. " I'm checking something important." I then proceeded to hug him tighter. Ok so his body temperature is different! But not like majorly different, more of a subtle tone to it. "And that is?" Oh ya, I forgot about him. " I wanted to see if you had two different body temperatures. I was right! It is not as drastic as I thought, but it was still there. Also meet Mr. Unicorn the third of Unicorntopia."I say gesturing at the top of my shirt. Halfie had a subtle look of amusement on his face, or I think so. It is hard to tell. He looks down at Mr. Unicorn the third of Unicorntopia and then back at me. " What a sophisticated name you have, would you introduce me?" "YUP! Mr. Unicorn the third of Unicorntopia this is Halfie, Hafie this is Mr. Unicorn the third of Unicorntopia." I am glad that he wants to know who Mr. Unicorn the third of Unicorntopia is.
