3rd POV:
Lunch was over and everyone was pumped up to find out who would win the U.A. sports festival. Kya was walking towards the seating area alone because the boys were having a big talk that she could not relate to, when she came across something that made her stop in her tracks. Todoroki was glaring up at his father as they were arguing about his quirk. Kya immediately stopped and looked at them in anger. She did not want anyone to have a childhood like hers, she stomped up towards the two grabbing something on the way.
Kya POV:
What in the world is that person on fire talking to Halfie-nee so rudely! That is bad! They were just arguing now but what if it starts to go to physical violence? I will not let anyone EVER go through anything like what I went through! I stormed towards them grabbing an item on the way. The big man's flames burnt higher as he saw me approaching, Halfie-nee turned to see what had aggravated the man even further. His eyes widened when he saw me walking up to them with a frown on my face. Frowning is not normal for me, I love to smile. This was an exception where I definitely need to frown. Good think Hiso-nee taught me how to make someone pee their pants with one look.
When I had finally reached them I started to talk. " What's going on Halfie-nee? Is the man on fire giving you trouble?" Halfie-nee looked down at me with a slight frown, " This is my father Kya-chan, pay no mind to..." This made me even more furious, that was his own father! He was yelling at his son in the school hall! What if someone had walked in on them him yelling at his son? Did he even care? The big man flames flared again because he was being ignored. "This is none of your concern kid, leave." My glare intensified and he glared back just as intense but with a slight hesitance.
That's when I pulled out my ultimate move... the fire extinguisher. His face went from mad to confused and then to scared in the span of five seconds. But that was not enough time for him to dodge my super move! I sprayed him with the fire extinguisher and his flame beard went out. He looked like a Santa cosplay that went wrong and he knew it. Halfie-nee just watched it happen and then he gave me a laugh. A genuine laugh. My heart swelled at the fact that he was capable of laughing!
The big man that was a dad excuse for a father wiped off the foam from his face, trying to reignite his flames. The residue must have been strong enough to render that impossible for the moment. He groaned and then growled at me. "WHAT IN THE WORLD DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING?!" I stared blankly up at his face, "My nee-chan told me that fires are bad and you should always make them die. I wasn't sure if the extinguisher would suffice or I would actually have to kill you. Whatever your more comfortable with." All of the emotion had drained out of me, my bloodlust slowly seeping out of me. I could tell that it had affected him in a negative way because he did not have nen. It was fine by me, he deserved it.
I could see Halfie-nee was nervous with my switch in personality, it would probably be fair to assume that I had bipolar disorder. But I don't, I just have really bad mood swings because of that needle. Halfie-nee walked up to me and said that it was not necessary for violence. He picked me up and put me on his shoulders. He started to finish my walk toward the seating area, I swiveled around on Halfie-nee's shoulders and put my fingers to my eyes and then pointed at the now sad depressed Santa. His face went slack, he could tell that I was serious.
