Chapter 5

As they bid (Y/n) goodbye and thanks for jogging with them-Tendou decided to poke the fire with a stick.
"So whats going on between you and (Y/n)-chan? Hmm? Hmmmm?"
"What do you mean?"
"Whats shaking? I know you guys just met yesterday; but i see the way you both look at eachother."
"With our eyes?"
"No, well yes, but no."
"Than what do you mean?"
"I see that sparkle in you're eyes when you look at her. You always glance at her and visa versa."
"So?"
"Do you like herrr?"
"Ye-"
"More than a friend?" Ushijima stayed quiet for a bit, thinking.
"I don't know."
"Wudda mean you 'don't know'!?"
"I mean i don't know. What else am i suppose to say?"
"Oh my God.. Just get in the dorm."

Ushijima tenses up as (Y/n) wraps her arms around him, slightly breathing in his colonge. He looks over to Tendou who gives him a thumbs up. When she lets go of him, Wakatoshi feels like a a chunk of his heart left aswell. He watches as she latches herself onto Tendou, he hugs back.
"So what was this for Smiley?" Ushijima asks when she lets go of Tendou and they start walking to their home rooms.
"It was something i used to do last year. Theres never a better way to start a day than with a hug!"
"I agree (Y/n)-chan! Will you do It tomorrow? Then the day after that? Then the day after that!?"
"Ofcourse! I never knew you liked It so much, It was something i decided to test out with you guys."
"I'm sure Ushijima really liked It. Didn't you?"
"It was.. comforting."
"I'm glad!"
Whats this tightening in my chest when i seen you (Y/n)?
"Alrighty than, this is my roll call. Can you walk the rest of the way (Y/n)-chan?"
"Yup, i'm in the same home room as Mt Serious so I'll be fine."
"Oki doki, see you both at lunch!"
What are you making me feel?
"You ready to go Mt Serious?"
"Hm? Oh, yea."

"So when did you start playing volleyball Toshi?"
"Toshi? Another name you've come up with for me?"
"No shit Sherlock-"

"Whats up with females and hugging me? And their weird mood changes?"
"The mood changes; i don't understand myself. And the hugging, i also don't understand.. But you have to admit, out of all the hugs you get-my hugs are the best!"

"Oh shit sorry."
Maybe i'll ask Tendou.

"Read a book."
"You're no fun, whats the point in having you in my roll call if you're boring?"
"I never asked to be in you're home room did i?"
"Wow. How rude! I'm offended! Just so you know guys would pay a lot just to stand next to me, let alone be in my home room!"
Yea, Tendou will know, he knows a lot of things.. Under all that stupidness.
"Well, I'll see you at lunch Toshi!"
"See you Smiley."
"Hey! What did i say about ruffling my hair!?"
"Not to?"
"Exactly!"
I hope he has the answers; I don't think i'll be able to withstand any longer..
"Hey Ushijima! Ready to do some math?"
"I really don't want to.. Hey, Tendou, i have a question."
"Hm? Sure-spill."
"Spill what?"
"Just tell me."
"Alright, so..."
It felt nice telling Tendou about the knot in my stomach, as i progressed-on he just kept smiling wider, and wider, and wider, until he was grinning from ear to ear.
"What? Is it something good? Something bad?"
"No, no. Its definitely good! You, my friend, have a crush on the one, the only, (Y/n)-chan!!"
"I.. do?"
"Yes my boy, you do!"
"Well let me go tell her-"
"NO! Don't tell her!"
"Why?"
"Because It would make It awkward if she doesn't like you back, remember you just met her yesterday."
"Oh, alright than, how do i get rid of It?"
"I honestly don't know. I guess It will eventually go away?"
