"just get rid of her completely."

I bolted up out of my sleep at the saying of those words. I looked around and no one else was in the same room as me.

Who would say such a thing?

I looked down, to see the same night gown i've been wearing for the past four days.

After losing the baby, I constantly cried and slept. Cry for two hours then drift of to sleep.

What else could I do while hooked up in this spiderweb of tubes.

The four walls that made up my room seemed like big gates for a prison cell of my own misery.

My mind kept replaying that night, my subconscious kept repeating how stupid I am for not looking before acting.

I let out a deep sigh looking at all the little tubes in me, I felt like a vegetable with everything they were pumping into me to calm me.

"Ah, Ms. Murray it's nice to see you awake. How are you feeling?" the doctor said softly with a smile before walking to the side of my bed.

"I've been okay, I was wondering when am I going to be able to leave doc?" I replied slowly.

"Real  soon my dear, someone's paying a pretty penny  for you to be still." he replied with a chuckle.

"W-what are you talking a-about?" I say nervously back.

"You should be out til I count to three, one.. two..th-"

Before I could hear another word, my eyelids got heavy and shut all on their own.

Everything was so dark, but I felt at peace. No Adonis, no kids, no loud office, no business meetings.

It was just me and the darkness...until I heard voices. I kept my eyes closed and listened with my ears.

With how I was placed and the acoustics sounded like I was laid down and I was in a room underground.

"You sure want me to keep watch over her? You know how I get around women." a voice chuckled.

"You know how the boss wants her, don't do anything stupid Jordan."

"I know, I know, but still what the boss would want with a corporate officer that looks like that?"

After that comment, a pair of feet walked off while a pair of feet came closer to me.

"Rise and sunshine Princess."

After hearing that, I could feel a bag removed from my face and light touching my eyelids.I looked down to see my hands and feet tied by ropes in weird knots.

"I know you're awake Asia, you can stop faking your highness." the voice whispered beside my ear.

I opened my eyes slowly to come face to face with a slender, light skinned girl, covered in tattoos from the neck all the way to her arms, plump light pink lips, with dark brown eyes standing over me.

"I'm Jordan, and what a clever little lady you are Asia." she said while sitting me in an upright position.

A stared at her  for another minute before turning my head in another direction to avoid her gaze.

"Pretending to be sleep, listening to my brother and I talk, and now not wanting to speak to me? no wonder the boss likes you." Jordan smirked as she rubbed her finger across the side of my cheek.

The cologne she wore was intoxicating to my nose, just as much as her looks were. I have to be strong though and try to use her for a way out.

"If you're thinking about a way out, you can forget it. The only way up is through a elevator and with a key card and you have neither. You'll be here for a few weeks, so get comfortable with me being your bodyguard."

"Who said I needed protecting?" I muttered underneath my breath.

After those words left my lips, she walked up to me with another smirk on her face and squatted in front of me while wrapping her fingers around my throat.

"Technically the boss, and then  me. I mean who would be dumb enough to let you out  of their sight. You're a prized possession, it's a shame you can't see that."

Jordan looked me straight in the eye and squeezed my neck tightly with every word she spoke.

My esophagus tightened more and more with her grip. I tried to swing at her which wasn't successful but it made her loosen the grip on my neck and put it on my arms.

"Seems like i'll have to teach you a lesson your majesty." she whispered in my ear.

Out of anger I swapped up enough spit in my mouth and spat it on her face.

"I'm not your princess, I'm not your majesty, I'm not your boss's property either, and if you ever touch me again I'll let some more spit sling your way."

Jordan looked at me with constricted pupils and a smile crept upon her lips.

"I hope you enjoy darkness for dinner princess."
