The mere voice and cocky smile made Jisoo's skin crawl. She didn't like him one bit and she did not want to be here. But she didn't want to see Jennie sad either so she will just force herself to endure this date.

"Kim Jisoo." Jennie said politely. "It's a pleasure to meet you."

Jisoo rolled her eyes. "Yeah, yeah. Let's watch that damn film already." She walked ahead, leaving the two behind.

"You okay babe?" Taeyong touched her shoulder.

Jisoo grimaced in disgust. She took Taeyong's hand carefully and put it aside like it was garbage.

"Now I'm okay." She muttered under her breath.

Jennie, who has heard her words, grabbed her hand and gave it a squeeze.

"Jennie had a bad day. Don't take it personally." She told her boyfriend with a reassuring smile.

"Well then a film will surely cheer you up." He placed his hands in his pockets and observed the posters. "How about an action film?"

"What do you want to watch?" Jisoo turned her head to Jennie.

"I'm fine with action--"

"What do you want to watch?" Jisoo repeated loud and clear, squeezing the younger's fidgety hand.

"Uhm.." Jennie tried to let go but Jisoo held her strongly. "The new film starring Seo Yeji maybe..."

"Oh she's hot right? Let's go ahead Jisoo. Babe will buy the tickets." Taeyong claimed.

"I will?" Jisoo cocked a brow. "You buy the tickets Romeo. Me and Jisoo are going to get popcorn."

"I don't like popcorn--"

"I didn't ask." She told the boy and dragged Jennie to the snack area.

"That was rude." Jennie pouted.

"No. You are just a people's pleaser." Jisoo shrugged her shoulders. Then proceeding to watch the candies that she could buy.

"That was rude too." Jennie's pout became bigger.

"Anything you like?" Jisoo ignored the cute sight. "I like the Turtle Candies." She pointed to the chocolate snacks.

"Anything but Cheese Crackers..." Jennie mumbled.

"No fan of cheese?"

"I hate cheese.... but Taeyong loves--"

"How do you like your popcorn?" She inquired as she asked the cashier for the Turtle Candy and three sodas.

"Just buttered." She responded.

So Jisoo put buttered popcorn and small avocado crisps on their list.

"How did you know?" Jennie's eyebrows knitted together as Jisoo took the avocado snack.

"You ate it at the bench. Forgot?" Jisoo chuckled.

Suddenly the elder's hand reached for the pocket of Jennie's uniform. Her palm pressed lightly near her left breast.

It made Jennie blush but the touch was gone in seconds. Jisoo didn't mean to grope her after all. It's just that her wallet was there. She paid with her own money.

"Here you go." She gave her the snack and carried the rest.

"Thanks...." Jennie said quietly, walking awkwardly beside Jisoo.
