My eyes open up. I stare at my baby blue ceiling. Sighing I get out of bed, last night I had a good sleep. No dreams at all, I should feel good right? The last few weeks I keep having the same nightmare.
But this time it felt weird, like I was being observed or something. Anyway I got out of my comfy bed and stumbled over to my dresser while rubbing my eyes.
I open one of the top drawers and pull out my outfit. Today I decided on wearing a dress, don’t ask me why, but I just felt like I should.

Slipping the dress over my head I put on the rest of the outfit. I went to my full length mirror to see how I looked. I wore soft yellow sundress, red flats, and I had on a black cardigan.
I didn’t feel like doing anything special to my hair, so I just put in a regular ponytail. I also didn’t feel like adding on any make up, it’s not that I like it. But I occasionally need it to hide the black shadows under my eyes, from all the training I do.

This morning I didn’t have to do any work, but I am going to go to the library to find out more on my family’s famous pocket watch. Before I left my room I made sure to put all of my mother’s papers in my satchel bag. I exited my room and went down the stairs. Heading straight into the kitchen I go for the bread. I put it in the toaster.
While waiting for the bread I went over to the cupboard and gently took out a glass cup. Then opening the fridge I pour orange juice into my glass cup and grab the butter.

The toaster pops up the toast with a Ding indicating that it’s ready for me to take it out. I pull out a plate from the shelf on the right wall next to the clock. I attentively extract the toast from the burning toaster and put it on the plate. Piling all of this together I make my way to the table. I set it out and commence to devour my brief breakfast. I looked at the clock, it say 10:32. Jezz, I slept in late. But I never sleep in late though.

“CONNER! I’ll be at the library, don’t go out or break anything ok,” I call out to him.
For an answer all I get is a groan from upstairs. I chuckle then leave through the door. Closing it firmly I lock it up and walk off to the library. On my way there I pass by a car, I take a closer view at it. To me it looks so familiar…Then it hits me like actual bricks.

‘That’s the car from last night,’ I get all nervous when I pass by the car, but I pretend that it’s not there and keep walking on to the library. Quickening my pace I walk up to the towering doors of the library. They’re dark oak wood brown and the handles are also big. I push hard on the doors and let myself in. The whole place is so breath taking. The doors close slowly behind me as I walk through numerous isles of books.

If there’s one thing that won’t change in me, it’s my love of books. I just love all types of books, anything I can get my hands on.
Strolling past the history section I stop. This is the section I need to be in. And there so apparently seems to be boy there and his dog. Just my luck, I’m horribly terrible when it comes to talking with people, and I’m not even wearing my scarf today to prevent any conversation.

Carefully I walk into the section and scroll the book titles. I take a few glances at the boy. He’s a ginger clearly by his hair that’s in a quiff hairstyle, he has on a blue sweater that holds a collar, and brown plus fours, along with a tan trench coat. Over all he seemed nice and his dog was very cute. A white little terrier, so adorable. Conner would go all over the poor dog, he just absolutely loves animals.
