Percy POV
After I saw Gaea stab Annabeth my best friend who had been with me my whole demigod journey all I saw was red everything in my path died as I made my way to Mother Earth herself before engaging in an anger filled battle.
After maybe 10 minutes of battle I notice everyone watching whether it be the gods demigods or even monsters everybody was watching.
Noticing she was healing herself with the spirals of earth I lift both of us with water into the air with a hurricane storming around me as I slash and jab at the evil primordial in front of me.
Repeating moves I've been taught since I was 9 I can almost here annabeths voice in the back of my head telling me what I should do and assess, but I reality I know she's not there. And allow my adhd take over.
After what feels like forever I'm tired, even more bloody than before and my muscles are sore as hades I finally see an opening and put my final bit of energy to take the finishing stab at her heart and watch as her final cries fill my ears and the water drop the both of us and I heavily breathe.
Everyone else stares at me in astonishment by the time I fall kneeling on the floor staring at her dead body- wait let me rephrase that I glared at her dead body. That sounds better.
I hear the footsteps of two people behind me as I stare towards the ground below me. One of the people pulls me into their chest mumbling things I can't understand as my mind is elsewhere as everything around me goes in slow motion.
When I hear the sadly familiar voice ring through my head-
"I will have my revenge on you for killing my wife" I involuntarily shuttered before my body collapses.

*kicks door down* put down the cookie, those are Percy's * pulls out an imaginary badge* this is now a crime scene please leave the area.
