Rule #10- homecoming isn't meant for homosexuals

After the drinking incident everyone sorta ignored it because it was homecoming week but I enjoyed drinking every now and then because it helped me cope with my feelings. Lauren was amazing don't get me wrong but she was sprung on her best friend Camila and I wasn't trying to get in the way of that. All of the sudden I felt a breadstick hit my face and it snapped me out of my thinking, "what color are we wearing to homecoming?" Conan asked looking for my approval, "no way I'm going to that gay shit" I said with a small chuckle. "Come on it's our last homecoming please come" Austin asked and I finally gave in after they begging a million times. "So i was thinking me, you and Austin all wear dark blue" Conan said and I looked at him confused, "no you two match, I'm good" I said with a small chuckle and continued to eat.
I was late as usual but it was not easy to fit into a red dress and change my usual boyish self into an actual girl. I walked into homecoming and I could feel so many eyes on me, I walked up to my friends and slightly lowered my dress. "Why is everyone looking at me?" I asked, "because you looking smoking" Austin said slapping my ass which made me punch his arm harshly. I noticed Billies eyes were trailing my body and I would be lying if I said that wasn't making my hands sweat. We danced and took pictures together but I avoided Billie at all costs.
It was the end of the night and all the slow dances were going on so I was just waiting awkwardly for my friends, "wanna dance?" Lauren asked suddenly appearing from a hallway. "Where's Mila?" I asked taking her drink from her hand, "Shawn" she mumbled sadly and I pulled her into a side hug and took a chug from her drink which caught me by surprise because it was straight up vodka. "You have more of this?" I asked, "my car but let's dance first" she said pulling me Into the dance floor and I wrapped my arms around the slightly taller girl. At some point me and Billie were facing each other and it was so awkward. I let my friends know we were leaving and we went outside, we made it to her car and she pulled out a big bottle of expensive liquor, "take a swing" lauren said with a devilish smirk and handed me the bottle. I put it up to my lips but the bottle was snatched from my grip and forced back onto Lauren's chest. "What the hell" I said turning around, "what are you doing, she doesn't drink" Billie yelled at lauren, "relax she said she wanted to, I wouldn't force her into drinking" lauren said in defense. "Lets go, Im taking you home" Billie said tugging on my arm. "No, I'm going with Lauren" I said standing my ground. "I didn't ask, let's go" Billie mumbled. "You don't get to tell me what to do, you're not my girlfriend so stop" I said pushing her off of me. "You won't even talk to me!" She yelled and I sighed frustrated. "What do you want from me? For me to say I'm in love with you? Of course I'm in love with you but I simply can't drop the world just to chase after someone who has a boyfriend" I yelled at her and she froze and looked at me in shock, "you're in love with my girlfriend?" A familiar voice asked and I looked up and saw my very angry friends glaring at us.
