Rule #18- fame gets to your head

A few months later

It was almost my birthday and Billies music career has really been taking off lately, which of course makes me proud as her girlfriend but she's been acting like an ass with me lately. "Hey Maggie is Billie awake?" I asked as Mrs O'Connell opened the door, "hey sweetheart, yes she is she's in her room" she said I thanked her before walking into Billies room, she was singing and looked very annoyed when I walked into her room. "Hey I texted you" I said kissing her lips and flopping down on the bed. "I was busy" she mumbled while scrolling through her phone, "it's cool, let's go grab some food though im starving" I said and she only ignored me and continued to scroll on her phone. "Earth to Billie" I said snatching her phone from her hand, "you're so annoying sometimes" she said and I threw her phone back at her and walked out of her room and house. I drove to Lauren's and she was going through a similar situation because camila has been working on music with the same producer Billie has been working with. "Our girlfriends are assholes" I mumbled and Lauren nodded, "fame is getting to their head" she said and I agreed. "But anyways you're almost 18" Lauren said excitingly and I smiled, "everything for my birthday is almost ready, I just need a few things" I said and she nodded. "If they leave us to become big Hollywood stars I'll kill them" I said and Lauren agreed before calling camila once again.
I reached my house and Billie was standing outside with roses, "I'm sorry" she said and I broke a smile and kissed her. "You're forgiven but let's go inside" I said and pulled her inside and into my room. I tossed her on the bed and straddled her, "we haven't had much alone time" I mumbled as I kissed down her neck. "I know and I'm sorry but we have to talk about something" she said pushing me off of her slightly. I groaned and listened to what my girlfriend had to say, "I just signed to go on my first tour" she said happily which made me yelp in happiness and embrace her. "I'm so proud of you" I mumbled into her neck, "we can figure out what tour dates you can go with me but for now where were we?" She said before flipping us over so she could get on top of me.
