E For Effort

~8:00 am, 1A common room~

"Hey everyone! Can I have your attention?" Tenya was standing, waving his arms and hands around as usual. The room quieted down. Majority of class 1A was out and about getting ready for school. People made their way over to Tenya, to listen to what he had to say. "Thank you. Yaoyorozu would like to address something." The attention shifted over to the girl, who looked to be completely ready for school.
"Alright. 5 other people get to visit Midoriya today after school. We need to take a vote on who those people should be. Anyone have a vote?" People looked around and then someone spoke up. It was Shoto.
"Jiro should go. She ran all the way back to the main building to get All Might and Recovery Girl. She should get to see him." Some people nodded and then another male spoke up.
"Sero and I second that!" Eijiro was the one who spoke, and after he did, he smiled at her. She looked around and smiled back at him.
"Alright. Jiro will be 1 of the 5." The room went back to being quiet for a bit as people began to think of other people that should go.
"I'd like to go." People turned towards Eijiro, the person who spoke.
"Okay, that's 2. But, would you guys disagree if I voted for myself to go. I want to see how he's doing." Momo finished speaking and looked around at the others.
"That's perfectly fine. Okay, we need 2 more people." Tenya said as he looked at her.
"Can I drop in and check on him today?" The attention shifted to Denki. Momo nodded. The next few minutes people began discussing who should also go. Then somebody nobody expected to talk spoke up.
"May I.. go?" People looked at Yuga. The boy had been quiet since the incident. Tenya and Ochaco looked at each other. They had noticed Izuku and Yuga seemed to have gotten close with each other over the past weeks.
"Yes,  I suppose you can. I'm sure the rest of us don't mind." Momo said as she looked around at the others. They agreed and the group was made. Kyoka, Eijiro, Denki, Momo and Yuga would be today's group.

~Lunchtime~

Toru had finished eating with 10 minutes to spare. She was kind of spacing out, thinking when she noticed a tap on her shoulder. She looked over at the person disrupting her thinking. It was Tenya.
"Hagakure? You there?" Toru realized he'd been trying to talk to her.
"Oh yes. Sorry, what do you need Iida?" She said in a happy voice.
"Uraraka's been gone for 15 minutes. Her lunch is getting cold. She said she had to go to the bathroom. Can you go check on her please?" Toru looked around and noticed that Ochaco wasn't with them. How had I not noticed, she thought.
"Yeah, I'll go check on her." Tenya thanked her and Toru got up. She walked, heading to the girls bathroom. She stopped walking when she heard footsteps behind her. She turned around and looked at Denki.
"Denki why are you following me, to the girls bathroom?" Denki mouthed an 'oh' and skipped up next to her.
"I didn't know that's where you were going. You never go to the bathroom during lunch, so what's up?" Toru started walking again.
"I'm going to check on Uraraka. And you're going to go back to your table and stop being so suspicious." Denki rolled his eyes, annoyed.
"I'm doing all the work around here." Toru turned around and looked at him.
"Okay great, you made one phone call in the past week. How about you let me know when you've figured out who the leak is?" Denki groaned.
"Toruuu, that's going to take foreverrr! The leak could be anyone."
"Exactly. Sneak into the teacher's lounge or something. I don't trust the teachers. You know which one I'm talking about." Denki put his hands in his pockets.
"Yeah. I know. We can sneak in there at 1 am. Get the information, and get out. We'll find this leak."
"Fine, now go before they think today's lunch is giving you a hard time." Denki sighed while nodding and turned around, walking back towards the lunch room. Toru continued making her way to the girls bathroom.

~10 seconds earlier~

"Yeah. I know. We can sneak in there at 1 am. Get the information, and get out. We'll find this leak."
"Fine, now go before they think today's lunch is giving you a hard time." Footsteps sounded and gradually grew quieter. Once they were gone, Kyoka peaked her head around the corner. "That was Kaminari and Hagakure.." she mumbled to herself. The two had been acting weird lately. Kyoka had been heading back to the lunch room from picking up some homework from Present Mic's English class when she stumbled upon the two in a conversation. "Seems they're up to something.. at 1 am." Kyoka looked over at where Toru was heading, and then towards Denki's direction. She knew the lunch room had too many people, so she went towards the girls bathroom, and walked inside.
