Apologies and Pancakes.

The next couple of days went by quickly for class 1A. Nothing really happened, they just sat around, waiting for something interesting to happen. Aizawa hadn't come back yet. But they'd received news that they had arrested one member of the league. The guy went by Twice. His quirk lets him duplicate people. And then those duplicates could duplicate. The more the duplicates duplicate, the weaker the duplicates are. (A/N: That's a lot of duplicates in those few sentences.) They heard the guy was crazy, and delusional. Constantly talking about how he was going to rip apart if he didn't have his mask on. It seemed that not just heroes, but villains also needed therapy.

Katsuki had continued to keep the dorms clean and had written over half of his apology letters already. The ones to most of class 1A said roughly the same thing. He picked out the few people that would need individual letters, unique to their own person. He wrote them down on a piece of paper next to him:

'Deku.
Todoroki.
Aizawa.
Nezu.'

He paused and wrote down three more names:

'All Might.
Deku's mom.
Jiro? Maybe?'

He didn't know if Kyoka needed an individual letter. Her reaction to the situation was odd and unexpected. He didn't expect her to chase him down that day along with Shoto. Maybe it was because she was there and saw it happen. But so did the rest of the class. Katsuki tried to figure it out. Why was she the one who stood out? He wasn't able to figure it out by the time he closed his laptop for the night. He sat in silence and stared off into the night. Tomorrow the rest of the class would be going to their first therapy sessions. He would be left behind to do what he wanted. Next to him, his phone rang. It was his mom. He picked it up and answered it.
"What do you want hag?" The woman on the other side of the phone sounded unamused when she responded in a low voice.
"To talk."

Shoto stared up at the ceiling. He didn't want to admit it, but he had a problem. He was afraid to sleep. The last time he fell asleep, he'd had a literal nightmare. And ever since then, he was afraid of falling asleep. It was around 11:30 pm, he assumed everyone had gone to bed by now, so he had no one to talk to and distract him. He sat up from he bed. Maybe he should just go for a walk around the halls or get a drink of water. He exited his room. The halls were quiet, and he easily made his way to the ground floor without much noise. As he expected, most people had gone to bed. He looked up and saw 2 people still in the common area. Toru and Denki. They seemed to not notice Shoto walk in the room.
"Then be his friend. It's not that hard Denki." Denki sighed.
"Alright fine. But what are you going to do? Sit back while I do all the hard work here?"
"No. I'm going to j-"
"Toru shut up." Denki looked over and made eye contact with Shoto. "Hey Todoroki. Didn't see you there." Denki waved his hand his hand over at Shoto and gestured for him to come and sit down. Shoto sat down next to Toru.
"What're you guys doing up this late? I thought everyone had gone to bed." Denki shrugged.
"Bored. Came out and saw Hagakure and started a conversation. Stuff like that." Shoto nodded. He could talk to them, and distract himself from his sleeping problems.

After Shoto had left, about half an hour later, Denki and Toru let out a huge breath they'd been holding.
"How much do you think he heard?" Denki shrugged and leaned over on his knees.
"Doesn't matter, this was a good opportunity to be his friend. I didn't waste it. We'll continue our conversation over text. We also need to find a better place to talk in private." Denki couldn't see her do it, but he could tell Toru was nodding at his statement.
"He's always been kind of a loner. I'm sure he'll appreciate us as his friends." Toru stood up, followed by Denki.
"Yeah. Nothing to worry about though. We just have to last a little bit longer." Denki smiled and they both walked up the stairs to their dorm rooms.

-Friday Morning, 7:30 am-

"Rise and shine!" The 6 girls of class 1A crowded in a circle around the sleepy boys of the class. "We made everyone American pancakes! Eat up!" Mina shouted with glee. The boys looked surprised and smiles formed on their faces as they went into the kitchen to get their food. Shoto was the last one down. He kept his head low as he tried to hide the bags under his eyes from the lack of sleep. He stood there, watching everyone, trying to decide if he wanted to eat anything or not. He saw that he wasn't the only one who wasn't eating at the moment. Katsuki sat on one of the common room couches, without any food. Maybe he'd already ate or something. Shoto sighed and decided he needed to eat. Today was his first therapy. He needed as much energy as he could get. The lack of sleep was already giving him a disadvantage. Shoto has just sat down with his food when Aizawa walked into the dorm common area.
"Good, you're all here." The teacher cleared his throat. "Alright, as you all probably know, today is the first day of therapy. The bus will be here at 10:15 to take you." Aizawa turned to Shoto. "Todoroki, your therapy is at a different time. It's at 10:30. I will drive you there, so be ready to leave at 9:30. Once you're ready, meet me outside at the UA staff parking lot." Shoto nodded. Aizawa turned to the final person in the room, who hadn't received instructions. "Bakugo, I expect you to continue keeping the dorm clean, and working on your apology letters. We will all return at the latest of 1:30 pm. I trust you can handle yourself until then?" Katsuki scoffed.
"I'll be fine." Katsuki put his attention towards his phone, to shut off any other means of conversation.

-Therapy Office, Friday, 10:19am-

Once Shoto arrived at the office, he felt an odd sense of nervousness. He'd never done something like this before. It was kind of scary.
"Okay, you'll be taking the bus back to the dorms with everyone else, so you'll have to wait around for a while after. That shouldn't be too big of a deal for you though." Aizawa stood next to Shoto. He turned back to his car and got in to leave. After he drove away, Shoto was all by himself in a place he'd only been to once. The last time he came, he met a few people that could potentially be his therapist. They were all nice people. Shoto walked inside and looked at the lady running the front desk.
"Um, I'm here for a session. It's in like 10 minutes." The lady at the front desk smiled gently and typed a few things into her computer.
"Todoroki, Shoto?" Shoto nodded when she asked his name. "Alright, your therapist is Mrs. Yamura, and you'll be on the 3rd floor, room 12B." Shoto thanked the woman and began heading towards the elevator.

Katsuki watched as the bus left and drove away with the rest of class 1A on it. It was around 10:25 am, when he decided it was time to go. He put his phone in his pocket and walked out the doors. He kept walking, until he got to a bus stop near the UA entrance. He stood there and waited, at 10:45 a bus showed up, and he got on. The bus ride was short, and the traffic was light, he managed to get to his destination in less than 15 minutes. Once he paid for the ride, he got off and the first thing he saw, was the person he wanted to avoid. His mother walked over to him and dragged him into the hospital by his own hair.
"I'm very disappointed in you Katsuki." Was what she said as she dragged him to the front desk.
"Can you just stay out of my personal life right now? I've got things under control. I already have punishment." Mitsuki ignored her son, and began talking to the secretary at the desk.
"Come on, there's someone you need to see." Katsuki followed his mother into an elevator, and followed her out as they stepped out, onto the second floor. They walked to the second to last room in the hall. "Open the door. And walk in." Katsuki rolled his eyes and opened the door to the room. He walked in and looked at the person to whom the room belonged to. He recognized them immediately. The green haired boy that lay in a bed, looked to be sleeping, but Katsuki knew he wasn't going to wake up like a regular sleeping person would. He frowned.
"Why did you want me to see him?" Mitsuki stood next to him.
"I explained this in our call last night. It only makes sense you see what your words can do to a person." Katsuki stared at the boy, he walked up to the side of the bed and looked at him. He was angry. He hated this. He wanted to leave the hospital and never come back.
"What do you expect me to do?" Mitsuki folded her arms.
"Apologize." Katsuki scoffed.
"You know he can't hear me, right?" Mitsuki nodded and side stepped a bit.
"Not to him, not yet, but to her." The door to the room slid open and a green haired woman stepped in. Katsuki knew this was going to be a long, long day.

-At the therapist's office, 11:05 am-

"That's all Shoto. I can call you Shoto right? I want you to feel comfortable around me, it'll help you relax. I can tell you were nervous when you came in here. There's nothing to be nervous over." Shoto smiled slightly. His therapy session went better than he expected. He got along with his therapist right off the bat. The lady was only 31 years old, and had a great sense of humor. Shoto nodded and stood up.
"Thank you for today. Next week, I'll know not to be so nervous." Mrs. Yamura smiled. She closed her laptop and began packing up her things. Shoto said his goodbyes and made his way back down to lobby. His classmates had just walked through the doors when he arrived.
"Hey Todoroki, did you just finish?" Eijiro waved at him.
"Yes. It was quite enjoyable. I'm sure you guys'll have a great time." Eijiro smiled and began talking to other people as Shoto sat down. He thought about the past hour, and what it was like. The lady didn't ask anything too personal, but he could tell she would eventually. Did he want to avoid anything about his family life? Or should he be honest and get the weight off his chest? He had a week to figure it out, so he pushed the thought away. All he had to do now was wait until everyone else was done, so he could return to the dorms in time for lunch.
