Chapter 26 - Planning Plans

Forbes Residence

Arriving back in Mystic Falls for school and all that ultimately well, it sucked honestly. I think I'll drop out after the whole 'Elena Madness' stuff is over and explore the world. By Elena madness I mean that I'll be leaving this little/biggish town about a week or two after the whole sacrifice thing.

Too much drama follows after and I would rather just open up a bakery or something. Anything that'd be less frustrating then putting up with that crap. Maybe I'll grow some apple trees too, I like apple trees and peaches, if I choose to stay in a warm zone anyway.

After I get ready for school I make my way to the kitchen and see my mom there, yes, my mom. How can a fictional world not actually be fictional? Or is like the multiple dimensions thing where basically there's billions of realities? Does that mean that other me is technically alive here as a teenager or something?

"Hey mom" I say happily as I walk over to her and give her a hug making her chuckle and pat my arm that's around her waist.

"Caroline." She says with a small chuckle "How are you doing sweetie?"

"I'm good, Mom, if I open up a bakery will you quit being a officer and co-own it with me?" I ask her curiously.

My mom frowns in thought as she looks at me with a small smile and then she shrugs "We'll see okay?"

I nod and pout and then kiss her on the cheek "Of course Mom, love you! Gotta go to hell!" I say cheerfully as I rush out the door.

Mystic Falls High School

School was kind of dull, but it's always kind of dull. When you know nearly everything that they're teaching it just gets boring. The most interesting class is probably History and Geography just because of how this worlds is just slightly different then my original world.

"Finally going to show up to school." Alaric says jokingly after history class ends and I stick out my tongue at him.

He snorts and then I sigh "For now, I want to leave soon and open up a bakery or something you know? Be away from the drama and madness?"

"Yeah, I get that. I take it that things are just going to get worse?"

"It will in ways and in others it'll eventually make its way to hell."

"Oh, is that all?" He replies jokingly.

Chuckling lightly I get up from my seat that's still beside his desk and walk to the door, giving him a wave I walk out.  "I'll see you at the Grill later or something teach."

"Bye Caroline." He says loudly as I make my way down the hall.

A few others watched me as I sat down at one of the lunch tables to eat but other then that you could say that the day passed by splendidly. At least until I walked out of the school and Jeremy was waiting for me with Anna.

"Is something wrong?" I ask them curiously.

"They will be here soon won't they?" Anna asks with a whisper.

Looking at her for a moment I nod as a form of answering her. She lets out a sigh and glances at Jeremy who looks worried. I frown for a bit as I try to make some type of plan. It definitely won't be to attack, nor run away. .it'll be more like the plan of bargaining or something like that.

"Well, I guess it's time to make an actual plan isn't it!" I say perkily as I skip towards my car.

The Grill

Walking inside I see Damon and Alaric already at the bar having a chat, going towards then I place a hand on their backs.

"Hey" I say with a small smile as they turn to glance at me.
