3rd POV

The next two week after the ritual had passed relatively quickly. Caroline and Damon had began a slow going relationship filled with pecks on the lips and holding hands but plenty of laughter.

Elena and Bonnie followed along with the rules that were set in place, John of course was much less pleasant then before, but he wasn't looking to start a war against the Mikaelson family. The Salvatore brothers bounced between antagonistic comments and small petty fights while the Mikaelson family destroyed the newly built mansion on what most assume to be a semi regular basis.

Papers had been dropped off around the supernatural community as a whole— titled Trust Issues Anonymous: for supers. The fact that they somehow managed to land in the homes of those supes isn't mentioned in front of anyone.

Simple details about the meeting place and the time along with vague reasons as to why they should attend. It caused quite a stir of course, vampires and other supernaturals deny having issues because they're better then those petty humans and they of course believe that they don't need help.

Elijah looked at himself in the mirror as he pushed his hair back, a frown tugging on his lips as he leaves his room. Knocking on Niks door he holds back a sigh when his half brother opens it.

"What is it Elijah?" Nik asks irritably as he turns towards one of his big brothers while putting down his paint brush.

"Must we really go to this.. thing." He asks grudgingly, the frown on his face more pronounced as he straightens his tie. "I understand that you want the girl on our side but is this really necessary?"

Nik just shrugs, a small smirk upon his face. "Perhaps it is brother. She keeps her distance often, the teacher seems to hold council with her on occasion while the older Salvatore appears to get the majority of her attention and I intend to steal it from them both."

"Is that even wise?" Kol asks as he walks towards them, blood on the side of his mouth as he puts his hands in his pockets. "A witch who can not only enter our minds but can also hold up a seemingly indestructible shield for miles? She wouldn't be a good enemy for us to make. Not that we can die, of course. But, we have enough troubles with the enemies that you've already gathered for us. Perhaps it'd be easier to cut our losses and just kill her ourselves?"

Not that he wants the powerful witch dead either, her power is so potent that it makes him think that he can feel the rush of magic bubbling underneath his skin at times. Besides, she can be funny.

Klaus scowls at them both, "I'm making friends with her — friends. I am currently not threatening that I will disembowel her companions if she doesn't join me yet now am I?"

"And that is where our skepticism seems to come in." Finn says flatly as he walks towards them boredly before rolling his eyes. "I should have just stayed with Mason or Jenna last night. Does there always need to be an argument going on around here?"

"Speaking of staying elsewhere. Where is our darling little sister?" Kol asks curiously as he looks between his brothers and then down the hall.

"Probably off with the younger Salvatore somewhere." Elijah says with a frown as he flicks imaginary lint from his jacket.

He thinks of his little sisters antics and shakes his head. Their lively little sister craves love so badly, if only they knew who would be best for her. Someone who would love her like she deserves to be loved.

Klaus however shrugs while holding back a frown of his own, when Stefan was a Rippah he held his trust. But now? Was the younger vampier even worth holding his trust in? He's unsure of that, so he will— for now withhold his judgement. They were best friends once after all, even if the younger vampire doesn't remember it yet.
