As usual, I was having an attack in the middle of the night.

But it was violent this time.

My whole room was a complete mess.

Shards of broken ceramics were scattered on the floor, along with picture frames and other stuff.

I lost control and destroyed everything. I hate myself.

Dropping down to the floor, I hugged my knees.

Can someone or something still save me? Or am I too far gone?

I whimpered and started rocking back and forth to compose myself.

"Midnight? Midnight!"

Who was that? Was that Rogue calling me? Why was he outside?

"The door's open, I'm going in!" I heard him announce.

No, no... No! He can't see me like this...

But, I can't move.

The door slammed open.

When he entered my room, I was trembling in my spot.

Rogue immediately came to my side and hugged me.

Feeling overwhelmed with the unexpected situation right now, I didn't know what to do.

I was full out sobbing by then.

"Shh... I'm here, Midnight. I'm here." He murmured.

He grabbed one of my shaking hands and massaged them soothingly.

I was crying on his neck while he caressed my head.

This feels so nice and comforting.

We stayed in that position for who knows how long before he picked me up from the floor and laid me down on my bed.

Rogue covered my body with a comforter.

He held my face with his warm hands and wiped away the remaining tears with his thumbs.

Before he could take a step away from the bed, from me, I grasped his hand.

"Don't leave me, please..." I whispered.

He gave me a kiss on the forehead. "I won't. I'm right here."

And with that, I fell into a soundless slumber.
