R O G U E
Gazing at the sleeping boy right next to me, I sighed.

Has he always been like this?

It must have been hard for him to endure this all alone...

We only met this morning, but I know I already feel something for him.

Can't say love at first sight, rather, attraction at first sight.

I mean, I admit he's hella attractive. And compared to me, we're both opposites in terms of physical features.

Midnight has hair white as snow and has porcelain skin, whereas I have hair as dark as the night and skin that had been kissed by the sun countless times.

I'm broader and taller than him, but that's ok.

He's cute for who he is.

I feel like I'm older than him by a year though, I'm not sure.

This made me realize we were still strangers to one another. Well, that can be easily arranged once he wakes up.

Now noticing the huge mess in his room, I quietly got up from the bed.

I picked up all the shards on the floor carefully and put them inside a plastic bag before throwing it in the trash can.

While placing back the picture frames on the cabinets and desks, one stood out and caught my eye.

And I can't help but to wonder, where did the cheerful boy in the picture go?

I glanced at Midnight and frowned.

The Midnight I'm with right now is far different from the Midnight in the picture.

He looked more lively. He looked happy.

Midnight...

Who broke you? What broke you?

I continued on cleaning his room, returning some books, together with fallen writing and coloring materials, to their rightful places.

After that, I went back to laying beside him.

Resisting the urge to kiss him in his sleep, I just closed my eyes.

That would be considered harassment since we're not even together...

Yet.
