Chapter 6

When Ryan and I reached the lobby, the rest of the gang was already there. I ran up to Cass and hugged her. "Happy Birthday, Cass!" Cass smiled and hugged me back. "Thank you." I let her go and then looked at the rest of the group. "Ok. So what's for breakfast?" Cass was the first one to speak up. "I hop!!" Everyone giggled and nodded. I hop it was. Everyone piled into the vehicles and we drove to the closets I hop. When we arrived, Ryan took my hand in his after opening the car door for me. I smiled at him and he smiled back.
Jacks got out of his truck and said "Food!!" We all laughed. We all went inside.
Like last night, we had put a bunch of tables together to fit everyone. When we were all seated and had ordered our drinks, I pulled Cass's birthday present out. "Hey Cass." She looked at me and I handed her the small box. She opened it up and saw the rainbow earrings I had bought her yesterday. She squealed and walked around the table to give me a hug. "Thank you thank you thank you thank you!!! I love them." I smiled and hugged her back before she sat back down.
The waitress came back with our drinks and started flirting with all the guys. And when I say all, I mean all of my pack and Ryan's pack. Well let's just say, when Cass met eyes with Caleb, a growl or two was heard.
I looked over at Ryan and giggled. "What are the odds that two mates were found in your pack in two days?" I raised an eyebrow at him playfully. "I have no idea. Maybe it's because my people are good looking?" I gasped and put a hand over my heart. "And mine aren't?" He laughed slightly and shook his head. "I didn't mean that, sweetheart. What I meant to say was that you now only have one single person in your pack." James heard this. "Hey! Not cool to call a brother out!" I rolled my eyes and punched James playfully in the arm. "Oh quit acting like his words hurt you." He laughed.
The waitress came back to take our food order and when she got to Ryan, she began to flirt. I got very angry and decided to speak my mind. "Alright, bitch, listen here. Over half of the people here are taken and you still flirt with them. He is obviously taken, as you can see by all the hand holding and shit. So why don't you stop being a whore and get us a different waiter?!" She gasped and put her hands on her hip. "You can not talk to me like that." I smiled and got up from my chair, getting in her face. "Oh, and why can't i? The customer is always right." She rolled her eyes and began to smirk. "No they're not. Exceptionally when they are dumb bitches like you." I laughed and pushed her. "How about I show you how big of a bitch I can be?" "Wow hey hey hey. Calm down." Ryan grabbed my arm and the tingles ran up it, calming me down instantly.
"Yea that's right. Had to have your boyfriend save you. Not so big and tough now are ya?" Cass stood up and walked up to the dumb bitch and punched her hard in the face. "That's for putting your flat ass chest in my boyfriend's face, you slut." She turned to us. "Come on you guys, let's go eat somewhere less slutty." We all agreed.
After we finally got to eat and we all laughed about the waitress, it was time for the concert. We all parked as close to each other as we could so we would all know where we were at and then we made our way to the events. I took Ryan's hand in mine and was bouncing with excitement. I gave my ticket to the person and got wrote on and handed a thing that goes around my neck. "Oh my gosh!!! Ry!!! We have to go to stage 2!! Like now!!!" He laughed. "Why?" I rolled my eyes and ran up to Cass. "Cass!!! Our band!!! Stage 2!!! Come on!!!" She nodded eagerly and I took her hand. We made our way to it and made it just in time for the beginning of the show. Ryan caught up and wrapped his arms around my waist. He leaned down so he could talk in my ear, because the music was beginning. "Don't run away from me again please. I could have lost you." I nodded and kissed him before paying attention to the music.
After we were getting ready to go to the 3rd show, my phone began to ring. I walked away from the group and answered it. "Hey baby girl. How's the concert." I smiled. "Hey John. It's amazing so far. If you can hear it, it's so loud over here." I giggled and John chuckled. "It's good to hear that you are having fun." I looked around. "Yea. How's the business trip?" I could hear the smile wipe away from his face. "It's business. Long and boring. Just 2 more days though and I'll be back home. What about you?" I paused. When was I coming home? "Before fall break ends. Jacks and Blue are looking for apartments and houses down here though. You know how it is when you are crazy in love." John chuckled. "Yea. That I do. So are you going to be looking as well? I won't tell Ellana if you are." I sighed. "Yea. But I'm not set on down here though." I lied. "Okay. It's really beautiful down there so I'll be happy with almost anything you choose. I have to go sweetheart. I'll talk to you soon." I smiled and nodded. "Okay. Thank you for letting me come. Love you." He chuckled again. "Love you too." I hung up the phone and sighed. I turned around to go back to the group but I couldn't find them. 'Guys, where are you?' I kept looking around but there was too many people.
'Rave, where did you go? We lost you on the way to the show.' Cass's voice ran through my head and I sighed. 'John called me. I had to answer it. Are you guys at the show?' I started walking towards the area where the stage was going to be at. 'Yea except Ryan and Caleb. They are looking for you. Ryan's freakin out.' 'Shit. Okay. I'll be there in a few.' She said okay before closing the mind link. 'Ryan?' I began looking around again. 'Baby?! Where are you? Are you okay?' I sighed for the hundredth time. 'Im fine. My adopted dad called. I had to answer it but it was to loud where we were at.' I could hear Ryan sigh this time. 'Where are you? I'm coming to get you.' I told him where I was at and he told me to, and I quote, "to keep my beautiful ass where it's at".
I did as I was told and 5 minutes later, arms and tingles circled around my waist. I turned and smiled at Ryan. "Next time give me a warning when you want to sneak off." I giggled and kissed him playfully. "Sir yes sir. Now can we go listen to music?" He smiled and did something I didn't expect. He put my onto his back and carried me to the group. He was the definition of perfect.
