It was finally time to go back to Hogwarts, my second year. Dobby asked to help me pack and I couldn't say no. I was going to miss him. I think I hung out with him more than the Malfoys! I watched "Pretty in Pink" with him, of course he didn't understand it but it was still fun.
I had hung out with Draco a lot too. We had gone on a few dates, mostly shopping and we even went to a Quidditch game! I had a great summer. After I was done packing i heard Dobby murmuring to himself.
"Dobby?" I asked, facing him.
"Elizabeth Rose can not go back to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry Elizabeth. It's not safe!" He pleaded.
"Nothing is ever safe with me." I joked. Dobby shook he head. "If Elizabeth goes to Hogwarts, she will put the whole school in danger!" He said. Just then Floyd came in and jumped on my bed. I say down next to Floyd and invited Dobby to do the same. He didn't understand why I invited him to sit down, but he did it anyways.
Floyd, who had grown to be double in size, licked Dobby and then laid down on my lap. "What do you mean?" I asked him, concerned more for my friends then for myself.
"There is a horrible plot to be played out this year at Hogwarts, and if Elizabeth goes there, she will be taken!" Dobby explained. "Dobby doesn't mean to scare Elizabeth, he wants her to be safe. Elizabeth Rose is a friend to Dobby."
I smiled. "I won't go," he smiled, happy to know I would be safe. "But only if you give Harry Potter this warning." I said.
Dobby nodded and hugged me. "Dobby thanks Elizabeth for understanding. Dobby will go to Harry Potter." Just like that Dobby was gone and I started to figure out a way to explain why I wouldn't be going back.
