I watched as Professor Mcgonagall and Filch rounded up the kids going to Hogsmeade Village. I knew that I couldn't go, but part of me was anxious about what Draco and Sabrina would do while I was away.
Would they kiss or touch? I didn't know, and it was killing me. With the thought of Draco on my mind I looked around trying to find him in the sea of students but I couldn't seem to find him.
"Now, remember! These visits to Hogsmeade Village are a privilege. Should your behavior reflect poorly on the school in any way, that privilege shall not be extended again." Mcgonagall said.
"Those with permission follow me. Those without, stay put." Fitch said.
With that I headed to my room. My roomates all left, well everyone except Raziel. When I walked inside I saw her on her bed waiting for me. Floyd laid on his little bed I had got for him which was next to my bed.
"Hello Elizabeth. I would like to talk to you abou--" She started.
"Raz, I'm not in the mood." I sat on my bed, facing the opposite direction of Raziel.
"Look, I know that you are upset about Draco, but I have been given direct orders to tell you that you need to quit the Animagus process."
I turned around quick at looked at Raz, shocked that she knew about my plans to become an unregistered Animagus.
"We are able to watch your every move." Raz said, her head slightly turned to the side. I guess it was hard for her to understand privacy.
"Why don't you tell you and your angel buddies to get off my back! Honestly why is heaven suddenly interested in what I do?!" I left to room without letting Raziel explain herself.
Once I entered the Slytherin common room I saw Draco sitting on one of the couches.
"Hi." I said. He turned around and once he saw it was me he got up and came to me.
"Hey." He smiled.
A silence filled the room and I looked at the ground not knowing what to say. "Look, about Sabrina--"
"What about her?" I realized that I sounded defense. And silently criticized myself.
"She's been real clingy and I think it might have given you the idea that we were... Together."
"No, not at all, I mean it's none of my business anyways. It's not like I--"
Draco leaned toward me and kissed me. I wrapped my arms around his neck and he held my waist. He let go of me and separated our lips.
"I don't like it when we fight," he said.
He kissed my cheek. "Let's never fight again." He returned kissing my cheek and then slowly made his way back to my lips. We continued kissing for a while until I heard someone clear their throat.
We both looked at Raziel and saw her crossing her arms, kind of disgusted. "Elizabeth and I need to get lunch."
I wanted to yell at her for interrupting Draco and I, but I just nodded. I kissed his cheek. "Continue later?" I could feel my cheeks blushing.
"Yeah," he smiled.
I left with Raziel and then, once we were in the hallway, pushed her into the wall. "We aren't friends Raz! You can't just come and tell me what to do and let alone interrupt me!"
"Oh so you could fornicate with that Draco Malfoy?" She said adding a little sass into her tone.
"Fornicate? Really? God, Raz!" Before I could turn around and head to lunch, Raziel threw me on the ground.
"Don't you, ever, say the Lord's name in vain." I was terrified by the look on her face. "Do you understand me?!" I just nodded, scared to do anything else.
"Good, now, let's go to lunch." Just like that she became the Raz I met in the infirmary.
We ate and then I left Raziel, I was afraid she would have another outburst.
I went to the wooden bridge, it had an amazing view of campus. I saw two people had beaten me to it and I was about to leave when I saw it was Harry and Professor Lupin.
I went up to them and hugged Harry.
"Hello, Elizabeth." Professor Lupin smiled.
"Hey," I smiled at him. I then looked at Harry. "They didn't let you to to Hogsmeade Village?"
"No, they said I had to get the permission form signed by a guardian."
"I'm sorry."
"It's not your fault." We stood there for a while until Harry broke the silence.
"Professor, can I ask you something?"
"You want to know why I stopped you facing that Boggart, yes? I would've thought it'd be obvious. I assumed it would take the shape of Lord Voldemort." I kind of hid behind Harry. I hated that every conversation led to my father.
"I did think of Voldemort... at first. But then, I remembered that night on the train... and the dementor..."
"Well, I'm very impressed. That suggests that what you fear the most is fear itself. This is very wise."
"Before I fainted... I heard something. A woman. Screaming."
"Well, dementors force us to relive our very worst memories. Our pain becomes their power."
"I think it was my mother. The night she was murdered." I flinched knowing that it was my father who took his mother's life.
"You know, the very first time I saw you, Harry, I recognized you immediately. Not by your scar, by your eyes. They're your mother Lily's." Harry and I's eyes went wide. "Yes. Oh, yes. I knew her. Your mother was there for me at a time when no one else was. Not only was she a singularly gifted witch, she was also an uncommonly kind woman. She had a way of seeing the beauty in others," Lupin looked at me, and I buried my head into the crook of Harry's neck.
"Even, and perhaps, most especially... when that person couldn't see it in themselves... And your father, James, on the other hand, he ah, heh- He had a certain, shall we say, talent for trouble. A talent, rumor has it, he passed on to you. You're more like them than you know, Harry. In time you'll come to see just how much." I smiled cause I knew how much that meant to Harry.
*\ btw you pronounce Raziel like (RAZ- EYE-EL \*
