You were on a private yacht in Port Jackson/Sydney Harbour. He had already gone out of his way to make this trip happen, and bringing the New Year in this way was more than you could ever ask for. You had the time of your life.
Liam-
It always seemed so far away, but this year he had made it happen. New Years Eve in Time Square, it was something you had only dreamed about. The atmosphere was one you had only seen on your television, but now you could say you had experienced it for yourself.
Niall-
It was the annual black tie party the two of you attended every year. It had taken some convincing the first time around to get him dressed up in his best tux to ring in the New Year but now he always seemed to make sure you were the lives of the party.
Louis-
He had put you in charge of his New Year's Eve party this year and everything had to be perfect. You had no budget and you had taken full advantage of it. There was confetti, balloons, new dining sets, and the largest shipment of food and champagne you could get delivered. You were starting the new year of right.
