PART 15

Bhushan slaps guddan very hard. Vikram gets shocked.

Vikram(shouts):- papa!!
And hurriedly goes and holds her.

Vikram:- yeh kya rahe hein aap? Aur aap soch bhi kaise sakte hein ki guddan aisa kuch kar sakti hai!! Aapko apni hi beti par bharosa nahi hai kya?

Kaushalya:- toh kya iski teacher aur principal jhut bolenge?

Vikram:- woh mujhe nahi pata. Me bas itna janta hu ki guddan aisa kuch kabhi nahi kar sakti.

Bhushan is getting angry with each passing second. Bhushan raise his hand to slap him also but kaushalya stops him.

Kaushalya:- kya kar rahe hein ji!!

Vikram nods in disbelief at his parents.
Vikram:- yeh aap tab nahi kar sakte the jab papa ne guddan par hath uthaya tha!!

Kaushalya:- kyuki uss waqt tere papa sahi the. Agar galti ki hai toh saza bhi toh milegi.

Vikram:- aisi galti joh guddan ne nahi ki.

Bhushan:- bas. Bahut ho gaya. Ab ek aur shabd nahi Vikram. Nahi toh mujhse bura koi nahi hoga.

Kaushalya:- yeh sab tumhari wajah se ho raha hai guddan. Kya jarurat thi yeh sab karne ki!!

But guddan is not responding at all. She is broken from inside realising her parents trust other people more than her.

Kaushalya:- aise nahi sudhregi tu. Ruk.
And locks her in room.

Vikram:- yeh aap kya kar rahe ho? Bahar nikalo use.
And tries to open the knob but Bhushan stops him.

Bhushan:- koi use bahar nahi nikalega. Ek din andar band rahegi toh akkal aa jayegi, jisse aage se aisa kuch nahi kare.

Vikram:- lekin-
But they both ignores him and goes from there.

Vikram sadly looks at door and then at his parents. He is silently crying and sit there only with the support of door.

Vikram:- guddan, tu chinta mat kar. Tu akeli nahi hai. Me hu na tere sath. Yahi baitha hu me. Jab tak tu bahar nahi aayegi, tera bhai bhi kahi nahi jayega. Theek hai?
But he doesn't get any response.

EVENING
Akshat comes out from his house to play.
(It is their daily routine that after school in evening they play games)

Akshat:- yeh kya? Daily toh yeh dono mujhse pehle aa jaate hai aur puri colony sur par utha lete hai jab tak me bahar na aau. Aaj kya ho gaya?

Akshat(shouts):- vikam. Guddan.
But doesn't get any response.

He again shouts for them. Vikram hears his voice.

Vikram:- akshat iss waqt?
And then looks at clock.

Vikram:- yeh toh khelna ka time hai.

Akshat:- vikram.
Vikram comes out.

Akshat:- kya yaar, kab se awaz laga raha hu!! Kaha reh gaya tha?

Vikram tries to maintain his composure.
Vikram:- kahi nahi, washroom me tha.

Akshat gets suspicious at his behavior.

Akshat (in mind):- yeh ise kya hua? Aise ajeeb sa behave kyu kar raha hai?

Akshat:- kya hua Vikram? Thoda pareshaan lag raha hai.

Vikram:- nahi, kuch nahi.

Akshat:- accha, mujhe laga ki pata nahi kya ho gaya aaj? Daily toh tum dono mujhse pehle aa jate ho.

Vikram smiles sadly which doesn't go unnoticed by akshat.
