Chapter Thirteen
Sinclair Pearson

"Sinclair get yo ugly ass in here now", Damien yelled from his room.

Huffing Sinclair put her phone on the charger and slowly walked to her parents room. Damien was laid out on the bed with only gym pants on and white nike socks.

"Yes daddy", Sinclair said as she leaned on the doorway.

"What this I hear you and that boy that be coming over here all the time going on some date", Damien did not play when it came to his little girl, he let have friends and stuff but never this close as a friend.

"Omg", Sinclair threw her head back.

"Daddy you met him already so what you talking about", Sinclair asked her dad.

"So? I ain't think y'all was going to date and shit like that, dude was supposed to be coming over to study then lil nigga start coming everyday", Damien fussed.

"Come on daddy stop acting like that, I'm still going to be your little girl no matter what", Sinclair knew why her dad was acting like this. He just didn't want to let her go.

"I just don't like this shit, Lyric you knew about this", Daimen called out to his wife that was in the bathroom.

"Yes and I don't see nothing wrong with it", Lyric shrugged her shoulders.

"See you was the one who put them up to this shit", Damien pointed his finger at her.

"Boy ain't nobody put them up to nothing, It's just young love shut up", Lyric rolled her eyes and came out the bathroom.

"Ion give a damn what it is", Damien snapped.

"You acting like you was so good at your age sit down somewhere", Lyric made a point.

"So? Ion what my daughter to be like that the fuck", Damien mugged Lyric.

"Damien you really doing the most right now just let her be great dang", Lyric stuck up for her daughter. She thought young love was harmless.

"Fine damn, but tell that lil nigga don't get too comfortable me and Tay is the only niggas in yo life", Damien pointed to Sinclair as she smiled and jumped for joy.

"Thank you daddy love you", Sinclair ran over to give him a kiss on the cheek.

"Yah yah,", Daimen waved her off and Sinclair laughed and walked out the room.

"Have her here but 12:00, not 12:01 or 12:03. Or it's gonna be some problems," Daimen told Saimir as they stood by the door.

"Yeah you heard the big man or it's gonna be some problems", Tay put his two cents.

"Santana get yo ugly back here now" Lyric called out to her son.

"Dang ma, I'm just trying to scare this lil nigga. Can't nobody be great in this house", Tay huffed and went back to where his mom was standing.

"Okay okay daddy he understand, can we go now", Sinclair rolled her eyes.

"Fine and hurry before I change my mind", Daimen flagged them away.

"Finally", Sinclair said once they got into the car. To her surprise Siamir was finally driving, she felt like she was always driving them around. Which to be honest she was.

"He just being protective, ain't nothing wrong with that", Saimir shrugged and pulled off.

"It's nothing wrong with it but sometimes it can be a little annoying you know", Sinclair sighed. She sometimes didn't like when her dad was protective but she knew he was only trying to keep her safe.

"I mean some people would kill to have that type of love, I'm really just saying don't take it from granted", Saimir never had his dad in his life. When he was born into this world he always knew his mother to play both roles and she did a damn good job at it.

"Look at you trying to give good advice or whatever you want to call it", Sinclair nugged his shoulder making smirk.

"You know, a nigga just sweet like that", Saimir popped his imaginary collar making Sinclair bust out into laughter.

"Boyyy you ain't even all that", Sinclair lied.

"Whooo, girl I'm the cutest nigga you would ever get it. Stop playing with me", Saimirucked his teeth.

"Whatever you say. You know this my first time ever seeing you drive really, I was starting to think you couldn't drive for a second", Sinclair told him.

"I can, I just like having a personally chuffer", Saimir laughed.

"Just for that your driving everywhere for now on", Sinclair glared at him.

"Damn I should've never said nothing", Saimir slightly rolled his eyes but he really ain't care like that.

Pulling to Top Golf, it was a lot of people here. As expected because they came on a saturday. They didn't want to be like everyone else and go out to eat for dates and be original, they wanted to be different.

"Damn it's a lot of people here", Sinclair said when they got out the car.

"I know, hopefully the wait ain't long", Saimir locked the car and grabbed onto Sinclair hand, making her smile.

Getting everything together once they got in the wait wasn't too long, they came at the right time.

"Omg I can't do it Mir, I'm finna give up", Sinclair whined because she couldn't get the ball to go in one of the round things.

"Stop acting like a little baby damn", Saimir fussed at her. Sinclair turnt to him with a pout on her face making him sigh and get up.

Getting behind her, he grab the stick to help guide her with the ball. Saimir didn't know how to golf but her damn sure knew how to aim pretty good with him knowing how to play basketball and everything.

"Stop allat whining", Saimir whispered in her ear making her inside have butterflies. Swinging the golf stick, the ball went in making the both of them smile.

"See that's all it is too it, you over there about to cry like a baby", Saimir laughed at her.

"Shut up Mir, I was getting annoyed with this damn thing", Sinclair looked up at him since he was way taller than her. Saimir moved in closer wrapping his arms around her waist.

Looking down at her, Sinclair puckered her lips indicating that she wanted a kiss. Smiling that's exactly what Saimir gave her.
