Chapter 2- Land of Aldera

Ben's parents gifted the young prince his own wing in the palace upon his last birthday. His 'temper' and intellect must have space to breathe, as Ben Solo is wise beyond his years. 

In his multi floored wing resides his top floor bed chambers and private bath. Just off his chambers is a meditative room to calm himself in. The next floor down houses two different types of training rooms to physically vent in. At his special request, the bottom two floors hold a private library with books from all known regions and religions of the world from floor to ceiling to keep his thirst for knowledge sated in. At the center of the expansive room seats an exquisite dark wood desk and chair in which to read, write, study, and practice calligraphy skills. The large hall includes other nicely appointed furnishings for his own private use. He spends a lot of his personal time in this room learning all he can about which ever subject engages him at the time.  

His Parents really try to provide for his every need. Though, in his eyes they fall short in understanding the depth of his complex emotional side.

The Royal Palace of Organa is positioned midpoint in the picturesque northern land of Aldera, the capital of Alderaan. The castle and its seemingly endless estate rests west of the breathtaking Appenza mountain range, with the Aldera Sea to the north. The mountain range benefits Aldera by maintaining a comfortable climate most of the year, as well as keeping their land defended from attacks by the more unstable factions to the east. 

Ben's mother Leia Organa Solo is the Crown Princess and Lead General of Aldera. Her hope is that one day Prince Benjamin too will reign over the lands she loves so much. 

Her husband Han Solo is from the neutral neighboring country of Corelia. Han is not royalty but does come from a line of Lords from the distinguished House of Solo. He is the Lead Captain of her air ship army and has access to all the latest recently invented steam technology which includes the new fleet of floating ships. 

The Princess is very protective over this technology her own people created. She realizes it will change the whole world once it is commonplace and can be shared peacefully. 

One important milestone for her loyal subjects is that steam powered freshers were installed at every homestead in Aldera. It was a royally funded five-year project and one of her first acts once the devices were created. 

Her people are forever grateful for this useful invention that helps fight off disease and illness. Princess Leia is highly favored and protected by all her subjects. It has changed their way of life, bringing them out of the dark ages into a promising future. 

The Princess is keeping all the other parts of steam mechanization tightly under wraps. Other countries and factions have caught wind of the steam technology and are wanting to steal it for themselves. She senses war is eminent and starts to prepare her troops.

Leia has one of her most trusted soldiers hide all the secrets in a safe place.
