(Still Vic's POV)
After dropping Kellin off at his house, I immediately went to get ready for the party. I ran through the kitchen, kissing mama on the cheek quickly before hurrying upstairs. "What's the rush mi hiijo?" Mama yelled. "Party!!" I hollered back. I quickly stripped in the bathroom and hoped in the shower, too soon I realized, after I was already standing under the freezing water jumping around like I was on top of hot coals. I showered quickly and then shook my hair dry in my towel. I pulled open my closet and my eyes roamed to find the perfect outfit. I settled on a pair of black skinnies and a red Asking Alexandria shirt. I returned to the bathroom to blow dry and comb my crazy hair down. After one last look in the mirror, i slipped on my black vans and ran down the stairs. I gave mama a quick kiss on the cheek before hopping into my car to pick up Kellin. I turned up the radio when Be My Escape by Relient K came on.
" I'm given up, I'm givin up slowly. Im blending in so you wont even know me. Apart from this whole world that shares my fate. This one last bullet you mention, its my one last shot at redemption. Cuz i know to live you must give your life away! Ive been housing all this doubt, and insecurity. And ive been locked inside that house, all the while you hold the key and ive been dying to get out! It might be the death of me and even though, theres no way of knowing, where to go, promise im going because.. I gotta get out of here! "
I turned the volume down and whisper-sang now that i had pulled into Kellin's driveway. I hopped out of the car and strolled up to the front porch. I rang the door bell once and stepped back as I waited for him. There was no response. I knocked on the door this time, purposefully loud to make sure he could hear me. I pulled out my phone and clicked Kellins contact. I held the phone up to my ear and waited for him to pick up.
*ring*
*ring*
*ring*
*ring*
"Hey! This is Kellin's phone. You should know that because the only reason you'd be calling me is if you knew who i was, duh. Anyways im busy so yea,leave a message if you want."
*BEEEEP*
I sighed. "Hey Kells. I'm on your front porch. I dont know what youre doing but its 8:30 already and we were supposed to be there by now. Just, call me back, or come to the door... bai."
