.Senna.
~Acies~
"We're all connected somehow." I tell the man with the light brown skin and curly black hair. "Maybe we are destined to meet."
"But this destiny you talk about Princess is written by whom? And why?" The Man continues.
"That's something no one knows Simon." Turner says.
So his name is Simon....
I look at the faces of these new Eternals; Turner and his friends. The girl among them has short bubblegum pink hair and big brown eyes partly covered by medicated frames. She is quite short but her beauty arrests attention. My eyes move to Turner, he is taller than the girl, but not by much. He displays charisma and confidence and he has the face of a model; with a chiseled jawline, brown hair and deep brown eyes. Simon however, emits this mysterious aura. From the looks of it, he doesn't talk much, but what goes on in his head- I would believe is quite a lot. His dark brown eyes always hard and calculating; it studies Athena, Sylas and me.
"I guess we should probably tell you why we called you here." Turner says directing us to the black couches by the wall.
When we are all seated, I touch Athena. "This is Athena; a close friend of mine, and this as I'm sure you've guessed is Sylas; my Fiancé."
Turner follows suit and introduces his friends to us. "This is Pixel; A brilliant student of electronics, and this is Simon; my assistant."
Ignoring him, Simon puts a book on the table and taps the top of it "This is a chronicle. I believe this chronicle belonged to Mycah of Roman Fratum."
My eyes grow wide as he tells me this. I pick the book up and study it. "No Simon." I say and stand up "This isn't a chronicle. Mycah's chronicles are stored in scrolls. His books however contain a documentary of the power of an Eternal." I watch the faces of all my five companions.
"My Father and I have been searching for these books for years! They are basically a look into the minds of the first Eternals. A Manual if you will."
"We have most of Mycah's chronicles at the palace lavatory, but these books.." I say lifting up the book in my hand. "We haven't been able to find even one. They are scattered all over Terra and written by Mycah and his friends. The only way to find them is to find a code hidden in the chronicles— except we have tried for centuries and no one has ever figured it out."
Letting out a sigh I look back down at the book. I realize something and look up at Simon. "How did you find this?"
"I was testing out an echolocation device I built myself, I might add..." he glances at Simon "...and found it hidden in a museum." Turner answers.
Simon looks a bit uneasy and turns away.
I nod and turn back to the book. I open it and try to read it, but I realize I can't understand the words. "This is written in an ancient Roma code. How do we decode it?"
"We need your blood." Simon answers.
....
.Athena.
I watch as Simon and Senna work to open the book and my frown deepens.
"Are you okay?" The girl; Pixel, asks beside me.
I give her a small smile. "Yea... I just can't help but think that there's something we're not seeing here. I feel like we're about to enter this new era and we don't even know it yet."
"I understand what you mean." Pixel tells me. "For some reason, ever since we came here, I can't help but feel like there's some sort of storm in the future." I give her a big smile.
