Mortals Meet Demigods

The Kanes

Sadie: 

I couldn't care less where Annabeth and Percy were taking us. Something about seeing more people like them. I think they said there's a full clan of them. I just wanted to see my boyfriend who happens to be Anubis the God of the Dead. 

We were in Percy's run-down truck. Carter was talking to Annabeth about some nerdy stuff. I was woken up way to early for this. I blew a bubble from my gum. "We're here." Percy sang as we arrived at a strawberry farm.

"Are we picking strawberries? Cause I would have brought a basket." I replied.

"Don't worry I think I can pull one out." Carter replied and held his hand out.

"No," Annabeth laughed, "The Camp is inside the field."

"What?"

"It's just a cover so Mortals like you guys don't walk in and try and kill us all." Annabeth spoke.

"Who you calling  mortal?"

"You are mortal, your dad wasn't the god of the underworld until after he died."

"pft, Aright then. I see your point." I replied.

"Lets go then."

We walked up to the field, there was some kind of blue looking border. "I,  Annabeth Chase, let Carter and Sadie Kane into Camp Half Blood."

There was some kind sounding thunder and a small section of the barrier opened. It was like what we had on our Brooklyn house, only certain people who knew how to get in could.

Anyway when we walked in everything changed, there were a bunch of cabins, a giant house, a dining area, an amphitheater, there was so much more but it was hard to put into words.

I could see happy campers -haha what a pun- although there were almost no adults. I thought I saw one but he looks like a drunk who somehow stumbled into this place. But I'm sure it was no coincidence, there was a freaking dragon outside. No way he could get in if he wasn't allowed to be in here. 

I saw someone in black clothing, black hair and pale skin. I smiled and skipped over to him. I wrapped my arms around them. "Anubis." I laughed.

He was shaking, why?

"Um Nico??" some blond haired asked.

"Let go of me before I kill you." Nico... Anubis.. someone growled.

"Anubis?"

"Look I have no idea who you are. So let me go before I murder you, bury your body where no one will find you, and make sure you never see the light of day again. Even as a spirit."

"Um Nico? Sadie, why are you hugging Nico?" Percy asked.

Carter was laughing in the corner. "Um, did you see that? Haha she just hugged a random person thinking he's her boyfriend."

"My name is Nico and I already have a boyfriend." He spoke, I let him go and I rubbed the back of my neck.

"I'm sorry, you just look so much like Anubis."

"Yeah I know, that fucker is gonna pay for this." Nico grumbled making his way to the blond boy. "William, I have no idea who this... person is."

"I believe you sunshine, besides you did threaten to kill her so I do believe you."

"Sadie this is Nico Di Angelo, son of Hades, god of the underworld."

"Oh my god I am so so sorry. I don't normally apologize so take it or leave it." 

Nico rolled his eyes, "What ever. I want some McDonalds. Come on sunshine." 

"Alright Death Breath." this William said grabbing his hand, they disappeared into thin air. Cool.

"you really are stupid sometimes." Carter told me.

"Shut up before I make you."

He stifiled his laugh so did Percy and Annabeth. I flushed pink.

"Lets go see the next area of tour." I said with embarrassment.

I really just wanted to go into the Djed locker and leave. Man i think rugby with my grandparents would be better than this.
