After she ran out on me, I couldn't handle it. It was like a giant hole in my chest that replaced my heart with nothing but emptiness and regret.
I tugged furiously at my hair and screamed as loud as I could, not giving a shit if the neighbors heard.
How could I fucking say that? I let her slip right through my fingers and I didn't do anything about it. Instead, I called her something I would never dare to say to her. But I did it, and there's no fixing it. The words came out.
I just wish I could turn back time and change what just happened. She didn't annoy me, she would never annoy me. If I could I would hold her in my arms and lay her down, listing all the ways that she makes me happy.
I kicked a few boxes laying around for some odd reason and slammed my hands on the desk, probably causing a mark. To the desk, that is. What the fuck am I going to do?
I walked over to my bed and sat down, putting my head in my hands. Maybe if I apologize right now she will forgive me. Right? Fuck no, she's mad, and when she's mad, she's hulk mad.
Just as I was about to get up and throw everything off my bookshelf, the door opened.
"Jack, you in here?" Blonde hair peeked through and I gestured for him to come in.
"What." I rubbed my face over with my hands and looked up at him.
"Look, Matthew and Cam went after Jasmine and-"
"Wait, Matt and Cam did what." I asked, jolting up.
"I was about to get to that." He laughed.
"Matt and Cam followed her in his car and Cam just texted me that they are eating." I always knew that Jas liked Cam, I know everything about her.
Why would he go after her? Matt I understand but Cam just needs to back off. He knows I like Jasmine.
"Bro, you alright?" Jack waved his hand in my face and I blinked a few times to adjust.
"Yeah, yeah I'm fine." I looked at my wrist and rubbed it.
"I heard you and Jas got in a fight." He said low, slowly sitting down on the bed.
"I know, what am I going to do man?" I sat down next to him and sighed.
"Give her some time, I know it's gonna be hard but, it's all you've got so far." He patted my back and shrugged.
"Alright, I'll give her time. I just have to be patient enough to leave her alone." I said more to myself and nodded assuredly.
"There we go man, it'll be alright. Come on, lets go downstairs." He stood up, giving me a small smile and put his hand on my back.
"Thanks bro." I gave him a hug, startling him at first but then settled and hugged me back.
"For sure bro, anytime. Besides, I know how much she means to you." He pulled away and looked at me.
"Yeah, she's my world." I sighed remembering her beautiful hair and her gorgeous green eyes full of hatred.
"Alright man enough of that lovey dovey shit and lets go have some fun." He smacked my back and we walked back downstairs to the guys.
As soon as we stepped foot on the living room floor, everyone's eyes darted up at me. Madi looked at me with worried eyes and walked over to me while Jack left to go sit by Taylor and Carter.
"Is she okay? She ran out crying," she said quietly and looked behind her.
"Yeah, I know. I'll tell you later okay Mads?" I looked over her shoulder seeing that Shawn was staring at us.
