What's Going On?

~~~~Lucy's POV~~~~

It's 1:30 still another hour till school ends i literally hate school. Oh goodie History...NOT. History is my least favorite subject, the only good thing about History class is I get to sit next to my best friend Amber. Today should be ok, we are getting on the Chromebooks and looking up our family tree, I've always wondered where i come from. I mean my parents and brother all have Blonde hair and Brown eyes, but i have Brown hair and Blue eyes I want to know where I get my eye and hair color that's it I don't really care about anything else. So we start getting our Chromebooks and logging in, then listen to the teacher for instructions. After a few minutes he tells us what to do and me and Amber get on the site look at each other and type in our full names mine is Lucy Skylynn Anderson and Amber's is Amber Jasmine Cornell. Once we were able to hit enter me and Amber hit "enter" at the same time. But when I hit enter the computer said "no records of Lucy Skylynn Anderson were found please try again" so i went back and made sure I spelled everything right, and hit enter a second time and the same thing popped up. I raised my hand  and my History teacher came over "yes Miss.Anderson" he said "ummmm I put my name in correctly but this popped up." I said showing him the screen to my computer. "well I'm not sure what's going on here, sorry I guess you're gonna have to read a book or something" he said "ok" I said dissapointed. 'I wonder why I can't be found on the website, could I be adopted?' I think to myself. I'll try to get to the bottom of this when I get home.

~~~~Amber's POV~~~~

Today in History we're supposed to look up our family tree on the Chromebooks. I sit next to my best friend Lucy, we have been best friends for as long as I can remember and for the longest time ever she has talked about how it makes no sense that her parents and brother all have Blonde hair and Brown eyes but she has Brown hair and Blue eyes. So today she was actually looking forward to History but about 15 minutes into class she was really dissapointed to find out that she couldn't be found on the website, I felt bad for her all she wanted was to know where she got her Brown hair and Blue eyes from. 

A/N This is my first chapter so please comment on what i should improve on so i can improve it for the next chapter. I'm gonna try to post a chapter every day, maybe even twice a day it all depends on how much homework and stuff i have to do. Yeah so please comment what you think. <3 ~Kay
