She was sorting out some documents and all his other stuff in his office, she insisted to come with him telling him she wanted to do something throughout the day, "Di ako sanay ng walang ginagawa. Saka mag-isa lang ako dito sa bahay." She reasoned out, Katja was still at Soling's house.
He kept on glancing at her in between paperwork, she's too focused on organizing his things, scanning all the papers so she can put to trash or keep it, "Babe?" He called taking a short break from his task.
She looked at him, "Hmm?"
"Are you okay? Baka pagod ka na, wag mo na ituloy yan. Ipaayos ko nalang yan kay Bong." He stated. He didn't want to give her some hard time.
"No it's okay, babe. Don't worry about me. Trabaho ka lang dyan." She declined. She really want to have something to do so she insisted to come plus she wanted to spend time with him without compromising his work. "Gusto ko talaga may gawin today."
"Puwede ka naman magstay muna dun kay Mama, mabantayan mo sya makasama mo pa si Katja." He suggested. He thought it might bored her to stay there all day with minimum things to do plus he's sure he cannot put all his attention to her because he needed to finish some paperwork.
His suggestion came to her differently, "Ayaw mo ba ako dito? Sorry, naaabala ba kita? Uwi na lang ako if you want." She asked ready to come home if he's not comfortable with her inside his office.
"No, babe. It's not what I meant." He stood up from his office chair and sat on the couch near her. He grabbed her waist and made her sit on his lap, he hugged her through her waist. "Ayaw ko man mapagod ka. Saka baka maboring ka man dito, di man kita makausap all the time kasi may ginagawa man ako."
She smiled and cupped his face, "It's okay. I'm okay here, babe. You don't have to worry about me, nag eenjoy akong mag-ayos dito sa office mo. Trabaho ka lang dyan tapos after we could spend time together."
"Are you sure? Puwede ka man dun kina Mama or punta ka man ng mall if you want." He asked her again, giving her other options to do.
She nodded, "Sure ako talaga, babe. Dito na lang ako with you."
He smirked, "Gusto mo lang ako makasama eh."
She giggled and shoved his face playfully, "Assuming ka naman, Mr. Mayor!"
He laughed and hugged her tightly, drawing her closer to him, "Totoo naman diba? Gusto mo lang akong makasama palagi. Di ko man alam kung namimiss mo ba ako agad o binabantayan mo man ako kung mambabae ako."
"Both!" She giggled.
"Wala man akong ibang babae, babe. Ipakilala ba kitang asawa ko sa buong city kung may iba akong babae?" He stated.
She blushed, she suddenly thought of it. "Sa bagay, you have a point." She pinched his nose, "Good boy ka na pala ngayon, Mr. Mayor!"
He chuckled, "Takot man ako sa'yo, mam. Baka mag lipad ka na naman papuntang US, kasama pa si Katja. Ako na naman mag-isa dito."
She can feel the sadness in his voice, "Sorry kasi pati yung anak natin nadamay, nailayo ko sya sa'yo."
He smiled weakly, "You don't have to be sorry, mam. Kasalanan ko man kaya nangyari yun."
She smiled and gave him a peck on the lips. He smirked, "Okay? What was that for?"
She pouted, "Gusto lang kitang i-kiss. Ayaw mo ba?"
"Syempre gusto." He chuckled. "Isa pa." He pouted his lips.
She giggled and decided to change her position, she straddle on his lap. He smirked and cupped her waist, "I like this better."
