"Now tonight. News at Channel 8!"
Reporter: As tensions seem to only increase as the days go by, one question fills the mind of the citizens of the United States; "Who were the culprits of the infamous ISB bombing, of 201X?" This surely is the biggest news story of the year, and we here at Channel 8 News, have shocking development of this story. Straight from the FIB. To bring you this news, we have Walter Briggs, reporting live at the Channel 8 interviewing room.
What do you have for us Walter?
Briggs: Thank you Tina. Today we have the honor of interviewing the CEO of the Federal Investigation Bureau, Mr. Johnson. Thank you for you for your time Mr. Johnson.
Johnson: Thank you for having me.
Briggs: Now Mr. Johnson, you've said that you have photographic evidence of the culprits of the infamous ISB bombing, via the FIB's city-wide camera system; is that correct?
Johnson: Yes we do Mr. Briggs. May I use the screen?
Briggs: Go ahead Mr. Johnson.
*The Screen flashes various photos of the monsters
Johnson: The FIB has captured these shocking photos of the culprits. They all appear to be in strange costumes, except for two. An unknown person, and my daughter whom they have captured.
Briggs: I'm very sorry Mr. Johnson. Moving forward, our photo experts here at channel 8 have analyzed the pictures, and it would appear that the two "skeletons" we've seen in the photos do not have insides. Some of us in the studio have actually speculated that these are extraterrestrial beings at play. How do you feel about these theories?
Johnson: Well Briggs, I have nothing to say except that these theories are simly nonsensical. I've seen those guys firsthand and I can guarantee that they're probably just teenagers in costumes thinking that they can "make a change" in the country by becoming terrorists.
Briggs: But sir, how does one explain the floating skull that the culprits used to escape the chase?
Johnson: Well that's easy Briggs, we here at the FIB have developed different technologies, including cloaking devices for stealth operations, different non-lethal smoke grenades, and one in particular: the floating device, I believe they somehow either stole or replicated one of our floating devices so they would be able to use it against us.
Briggs: How shocking. So you might think that the culprits have connections to some people in the FIB itself?
Johnson: We've been interviewing every single one of our employees who knows about our devices over at the FIB. So far? Not one lead. But I will stop at NOTHING to make sure my daughter is safe from those wretched animals.
Briggs: Well we wish you the best of luck in your search Mr. Johnson. Now to the second part. We were informed by your agents about the murder of Mr. Richman. Mr. Richman is one of the most skilled interrogators over by the Old York City Police Department. Please tell us more about that story.
Johnson: Actually Briggs, the murder happened on the day the bombing took place. Only mere minutes actually.
Briggs: Please tell us the details Mr. Johnson
Johnson: Richman was one of my closest buddies. He was a member of the FIB before he retired to become a police officer. We did everything together. Seeing him dead at the hand of these monsters absolutely tears me apart. He was brutally murdered. Forensics say he was stabbed at least 8 times in the chest, stomach, and neck.
Briggs: My gosh. How brutal.
Johsnon: After analyzing the murder weapon, we have picked out human fingerprints. This leads us to believe the culprit was the human, because those costumes the others were wearing would've prevented the fingerprints.
