"She'd dream of Para-para-paradise...Every time she closed her eyes"

Fast forward to Taylor's third year at Hogwarts. The lost of her best friend and the death of her parents still affected her everyday. Whether it was in her dreams of just random thoughts throughout the day. She would have break downs late at night. She was lucky that she didn't have to share a dorm with Anna anymore. Instead she shared it with a girl from Anna's little pack of girls. But she wasn't as bad. They never talked but she was a heavy sleeper to Taylor's luck.

"I can't believe I'm quidditch captain..."
Oliver said in awe as he sat down with Percy at lunch. "I'm proud of you Oliver" Percy smiled at his best friend of four years.
"Thanks"
Oliver found out he became the new quidditch captain one morning during the week before Christmas holiday.
"What if I fail the team though"
Oliver said worry growing in his voice. "You'll do fine. You always do good with anything Quidditch related." Percy reassured him.

Taylor sat alone like always at the Ravenclaw Table. Everyone knew her as the girl who always like to have a book in her face. But what they didn't know that deep down inside she felt so lonely. She wished she could make friends but she just can't...and doesn't have the time too.

Oliver looked over at her. Whenever he looked at her he wears a sad smile. "I love her. Did you know that?" He whispered to Percy. "You never even talked to her before"

"Actually I did"

"And you got rejected"

"Hey! I only asked her if she needed help-"

"And what did she say? She said No"
Percy teased him but Oliver just frowned. He decided to change the subject of their quiet conversation once he saw that he was sad. "So are you going home for the holiday?" He asked Oliver. His frown lifted from his face and he nodded. "Yeah I'm going home to celebrate with my family" he told Percy. "So am I"

Taylor felt a little excitement in her for once in such a long time. She was going to have a normal Christmas again with her Grandma and Grandpa. She loved Christmas. She remembered all the past ones she's had with her parents. She frowned at the thought but forced herself to continue to eat her lunch.

"I think I'm going to start making my quidditch plays just in case"
Oliver said to Percy as they exited the Great Hall and set out for Potions class. "It's a little too early for that isn't it?" He asked as they walked the slim stair way to the dungeons.
"It's never to early, Percy"
He said and smiled.

--------/-------

As Christmas holiday drew closer more and more people became happier and excited than ever. Surprisingly one of those people were Taylor. Over and over again she kept telling herself that Christmas is going to be one of the best days ever given to her this year. She put on a small smile, one she hadn't had for about a year now, as she walked down the corridor.
"Why are you happy you weirdo?"
Anna questioned her as she came up to face Taylor. Her smile faded and she looked at her shoes feeling somewhat embarrassed. "Found another book to read I suppose...I'm amazed that you haven't read all of them in the school"
Anna mocked, her voice even louder as she spoke to Taylor which caused a scene. Everyone started staring at them which made Taylor feel uneasy. She didn't say anything back to Anna though. She kept silent. "Now move!" She yelled in her face again. Taylor tried with all the power in her body down to the last bit to try and hold back tears. She nodded and ran passed her. Tears started flowing down her cheeks. She passed by Oliver and Percy who just came out of the Great Hall. Her small bit of happiness faded away.

"Oliver we need to get to Defense Against the Dark Arts!"
Percy yelled as he grabbed the arm of his best friend. "But she was crying"

"I know I saw too. But you need to pass this test Oliver"
