Faye's POV

"No"

"No?" His face dropped.

"Yes!" She corrected herself, "just not now, later?" She bit her lip, smiling as his face relaxed again.

"Later?"

"Just, give me twenty minutes" she told him, walking passed the boys and towards her house, hearing the two other boys tease Josh as she left.

No matter how much she wanted to stay and talk to him more, she was sweaty and her hair was basically stuck to her head; she was in no state to talk to the boy, yet.

"Back in time for pancakes" Lewis called as she ran up the stairs.

"No time!" She called back, slamming her door shut and grabbing light blue mom jeans and a white crop top, taking a towel with her to the shower.

"And, why's that?" She heard Lacey ask from the doorway.

"No reason"

"Really?" She nodded, "are you sure it's not a certain boy that was stood in the road?"

Fayes mouth opened and closed like a fish, not being able to lie to her best friend anymore.

"Okay...maybe it has the smallest bit to do with him"

"Ah!" She squealed, "I knew it! Tell me everything" she jumped onto the bed as Faye walked into the bathroom, starting the shower.

"We were outside and he just invited me over, that's all"

"You know full well that I wanted to know what happened last night as well, spill" Faye rolled her eyes as Lacey bit her lip to stop herself from smiling too much.

"We just talked, got on I guess" Lacey squealed again, pulling her legs up and wriggling, making Faye laugh loudly.

"Now get out, I need to get ready" Lacey nodded quickly, running out of the room, probably to go tell Lewis what happened.

Faye laughed to herself, stripping and stepping into the shower. She quickly washed her hair, and her body before getting out; drying her hair and brushing it out.

She didn't wear a lot of make up in general, so only did it light: eyebrows, highlighter and mascara, that was enough for her.

Before she knew it, Faye was stood outside of the Sway house, her fist held up to the door, scared for an unknown reason.

"Hey?" The boy she remembered as Jaden answered the door, clearly confused, "did you forget something last night?"

"Um...no" she answered awkwardly, "I'm here to see Josh"

Jaden smirked, nodding lightly as he stepped backwards and let her in, pointing towards a large open room where she could see a few boys.

"He's upstairs, second door on the left" she heard Jaden speak, catching some of the boys' attention.

"Okay, thanks"

Faye gripped the banister as she walked up the long set of stairs, straightening her jeans before knocking on the door, nervous for some reason.

"It's open" she heard from behind the door, music played softly in the background.

She pushed the door, peaking round it to see Josh stood in front of his phone, the sound replaying like she had heard Lacey's do a thousand times.

"TikTok?" He nodded, spinning to look at her as he posted it.

"You have it?" She shook her head, making a face to which he laughed.

"What's wrong with TikTik?" He laughed.

"A load of boys with no tops on dancing to the same sound again and again, a bit meh, you know?" She tried her best not to smile as she watch him over dramatically push his hand to his chest.

"Well I for one am offended" she laughed.

"So you don't have TikTok?" He asked again, "but I swear i've seen you on the app somewhere" his face was puzzled.

"Lacey's my best friend, she usually puts me in hers," she explained, watching his face drop to understand, them shock.

"Wait, Lacey Jones?" Faye nodded, "I knew that I recognised you and Lewis from somewhere, I know that Lacey and N-Nessa talked a few times and that's why I knew her name" she furrowed her eyebrows when she heard him trip over Nessa's name, odd.

"Yeah, Lacey seemed to know who you guys are...Sway?" She raised an eyebrow in question, he laughed lightly.

"Yeah, this house, the Sway house" Faye nodded in understanding, taking a look around his room.

It was bland, not much furniture or color to it. Just two beds a desk and a sofa, essentials really.

"So, do you do any type of Social Media?" He asked, sitting back in his gaming chair, gesturing for her to sit on the couch.

"I do YouTube, and have Twitter and Instagram"

"Not TikTok?" He seemed genuinely surprised.

"Lacey kept bugging me to post so I deleted it" she giggler, making him smile brighter at the sound.

"You should download it again" he told her smirking, "where else would you be able to see these striking good looks" he joked, pressing his fingers to his chin as he posed, only making her laugh more.

"Look out of my window?" She suggested, watching his face contort as he thought about it.

"Hmm, yeah I suppose so" she laughed again.

"So what do you do on YouTube?" He asked.

"Ghost hunting, exploring, vlogs; anything really" he nodded, watching her smile brighter.

"We'll have to collab" she smiled and nodded, laughing as she heard a knock on the door.

"Lunch is here, Faye we got you some" Bryce told them coming in, switching his eyes between the two of them, Faye smiled at the nice gesture.

"Thank you" she told him, smiling at Josh as they stood up, making their way down stairs.

"So, what do you do on your YouTube channel?" Jaden asked Faye, trying to get her into their group conversation round the table. She had been quiet, just listening, up until this point.

"I go ghost hunting, mostly," she watched their faces go to confusion, which she was use to, "you know, go to abandoned building and explore, do a bit of ghost hunting and stuff like that" they nod.

"Sound fun"

"It is, you guys can come sometime" she told them, watching Bryce's eyes light up.

"Yeah?" He asked, full of excitement.

"Yeah, I actually need to film tonight if you want to come" his head nodded rapidly, "does anybody else want to come?" She asked, looking up and down the table.

"I will" Josh told her, smiling as he met her eyes.

"Yeah, me too" Jaden spoke through his mouthful of Taco Bell.

"Sorted, I can see my next title" she held her hands up as if the title was in front of her, "'Sway boys possessed by murderous ghost'"

"Maybe this wasn't a good idea" She laughed as Jadens face fell, shaking his head.

"Too late to back out now, good luck boys"
