A/N: HI um yeah the cover is something I'm still working on, Lucilla doesn't even have blond hair it's just temporary until I make one I like better. VOTE, COMMENT, AND WHAT NOT PLEASE <333

I woke up the next morning with my hand still in the popcorn bowl and my TV paused on Olivia Benson's face. I felt gross, not having brushed my teeth or taken a shower the night before. I didn't have any classes today, so I hopped in the shower and took my time lathering my hair with conditioner and my body with Lush Rose Jam shower gel (my favorite). I heard the front door open and then Luke's voice from the living room.

"What're you doing in there?" he shouted.

"What the hell do you think?"

"So I can't come in?"

"Ugh, whatever, go ahead."

He walked in and began talking about how tonight he and the other dudes were all going to a bar to celebrate Calum finally getting a job.

"Wanna come?" he questioned as I heard him rummaging through my medicine cabinet. He was always so nosy.

"And also why do you have birth control pills in here? Is there something you need to tell me?"

"Get out of there, Lucas." I yelled at him through the shower curtain which was not opaque in the slightest.

"Only if you say you'll come tonight."

"Okay, fine, even though you know I hate bars. They're full of drunk, desperate men trying to get women to come home with them."

"Be ready at 6, I'll come pick you up."

I heard him leave, and lock the front door behind him. He was a great friend, he may have been a pest at times, but he was always looking out for me. I was lonely and he could tell and he was trying to help me make more friends. The problem was I didn't like being around people, sure I wanted company but I wasn't a friendly person, I was opinionated and pretty boring to be honest. And also broke and underage. How did Luke expect me to get into a bar? Use my decent sized boobs and ass to seduce the bouncer? I doubted that that would work.

I wrapped a towel around my waist and hair and walked out of the bathroom. I could hear the TV, but I remembered turning it off before I got in the shower. In the kitchen, I stuck a bagel in the toaster and took the towel from my hair to fluff it a little. It was naturally curly, but sometimes it needed a little help. When I turned around Luke was standing in front of the TV, staring at me with wide eyes and an open mouth.

"Luke? What the hell I thought you left?" I screamed trying to cover myself with the other towel. I didn't think my breasts were anything to cover, but Luke was my best friend and this was just weird.

"Kinda glad I didn't, wow, Lucy-"

"Get out you fucking pervert!" I screamed and threw my bagel at him.

"I'm going, I'm going, sorry- wait no I'll just go in your room."

I sighed as he went into my bedroom. Did my male, straight, best friend really just see my boobs? I was mortified, not that they were anything to be embarrassed about. They were just parts of the human body, but Luke loved boobs.

"I need to change," I told him as I walked into my room. "Close your eyes." I opened my dresser drawers that held my bras and panties and grabbed a light blue, lacey pair of underwear and a simple, black bra. I quickly put them on, keeping my eyes on Luke the entire time to make sure he didn't peek.

"Okay, I'm decent," I announced.

"Lucy, you're more than decen-"

"Please shut up," I glared at him. He was just making things more awkward. I opened my closet and looked over my choices for tonight. I needed to run some errands before then and I hoped Luke could take me since I didn't have my own car. I desperately needed one.

"So what'd you think of 'em last night?"

"I told you, they're nice."

"What about individually?"

"I know what you're doing, and I didn't talk to any of them enough to assess their boyfriend potential."

"That's not at all what I'm doing."

I settled on a pair of black skinny jeans and a gray t-shirt. I slipped them on as Luke explained that he was just trying to unite all of his friends and that he was appalled that I'd accused him of trying to play match maker.

"But do you happen to have any opinions on Ashton?"

"Which one was that?" I asked with a smirk.

"Haha, you're hilarious." He glared at me.

"He's cute and nice."

"That's it? Nice?"

"I've literally hung out with him once sorry I'm not in love with the guy."
I took some necklaces from my jewelry drawer and fastened them around my neck along with a watch. I evaluated myself in the mirror above my dresser, running my fingers through my hair and picking fuzz off of my shirt.

"I need to get some books for school and do some grocery shopping before we go. Can you take me?" I asked him.

He stared at the mirror, silent and not moving. "Luke? Helloooo?"

"Sorry, what?"

I laughed at him and pulled him up from where he was sitting on my bed. "Let's go, weirdo."
