6 months later...

(Sage's POV)

Life has been amazing. What more can I say? I got my family back.

We decided to stay in Atlanta and sell the house in LA. If we needed to travel somewhere we'll just stay in a hotel like normal people.

This was home. The girls missed LA so Ian and me brought it to them. We constructed a pool in the yard that had been completed today.

It was a perfect summer day and the girls were excited for the new pool.

"Mommy, help." Sapphire came up to me in the kitchen with her bathing suit on and holding two floaties.

She was definitely more independent. Since I got back home I didn't want to miss a single moment with her. Which means I probably spoiled her since she always asks me for help or something.

"Of course, baby." I say, slipping each floaties into her arms. "Did Daddy put sunscreen on you?"

"No, he can't find the bottle." She says and I rolled my eyes.

I went into the bathroom and started looking in the medicine cabinet for the sunscreen when the doorbell rang.

"I get it!" Sapphire says, running down the hall towards the door.

I grabbed her just before she turned the knob, "Nope. Never answer the door. Only Mommy and Daddy can do that."

"But Riley does it." Sapphire pouted.

"Because she asks permission. Now go with Daddy and Riley who are already in the pool." I say sternly and she skipped away.

I opened the door and I squealed like a little girl on Christmas day. It was Evander! I haven't seen him since Christmas. We didn't even speak, we just hugged each other and he kissed the side of my head before releasing me.

"Look at you, princess... You've been busy since I was gone." Evander winked when he saw my bulging, pregnant belly.

I laughed, "You can say that. I'm really happy. How about you? Come inside, I brought crackers with cheese."

"Can't say no to that." Evander says sarcastically and I smacked his arm.

"Give me a break, at least I went to the grocery store while carrying ten extra pounds and it's about 90 degrees." I say annoyed.

Evander chuckled, "I'm just joking, Sageline, gosh why do you have to take everything so seriously?"

"I know," I smiled. "I missed you. Marcus told me you're working with him."

"Yes, I'm an FBI now. Less obligations than the CIA, thankfully. I also brought a house and am currently dating someone." He mutters the last part and I wiggled my eyebrows.

"Ooh, tell me more. How's she like?" I say curiously.

"Everything's going great. She's pretty cool and nice, but don't get your hopes up." Evander says.

"Why not?"

"'Cause my love for you will always be greater. She's going to have to settle with the little extra love I have left." Evander grinned and I rolled my eyes.

"Hey, Sage are you--hey, man, long time no see." Ian had walked in and the boys got up to shake their hands and hug each other.

"You look good, Ian. I saw that new movie you were in a couple days ago with my girlfriend." Evander says.

"Yeah, that was awesome. Hey, Sage, now we can discuss you know..." Ian put an arm around my waist and pointed at my belly.

"Oh, right!" I say excitedly.

"What is it?" Evander says confused.

"Well, we're having a boy and it's our last one--" I say and Ian cuts me off.

"Says who?"

"I do. You wanted your boy and you'll have him like I promised. I'm not a guinea pig to be having so many kids." I growled in a condescending voice and he remained silent while Evander went into a snorting fit from holding back laughter.

"Anyways... We were wondering if you would give us permission to name him after your son." Ian says and Evander stopped laughing instantly.

"You want to name him after..."

"Oliver. Yes." I say softly.

He was silent for a long moment, but then he nodded. Evander smiled widely and his eyes were red rimmed.

"Oh, c'mere." I say, giving him a hug,"We are very honored to name our son after yours. Thank you."

"Hello! Ooh, did this just become a reunion?" Arielle walked in through the door carrying bags in one hand and her baby, Jackson, in the other. Joseph trailed behind carrying even more bags filled with food and all the baby stuff.

"You invited them?" I whispered.

"I might've mentioned it on the phone." Ian says with a smile.

"Sage, help me with the baby before I drop him." Arielle says.

I went over to Arielle and took baby Jackson from her arms. I squealed loudly when I saw what was on her finger.

"No way!" I say taking her hand and looking closely at the engagement ring.

"I told you she'd see it." Joseph says and Arielle smirked.

"This is amazing! I'm so excited for you." I say.

"You four might as well get married together." Evander says.

We all turned out heads in unison to look at Evander who turned red from all the attention on him.

"You're a genius. That's perfect!" Arielle walked over to Evander and gave him an unexpected hug.

"I get that a lot." Evander mumbled.

"Yes, Ian! Please? We have to renew our vows." I say, showing him my puppy eyes that he couldn't resist.

"I guess, but only if Evan's my best man...?" Ian says and Evander shrugged.

"Sure, man." He hugged Ian.

"Hey!"

We turned around to see Riley and Sapphire soaking wet on the carpet.

"Are you guys coming into the pool or what?" Riley says.

"Yeah, or what?" Sapphire looks up at Riley and mimicked her stance.

"Yes! Now off my carpet!" I quickly pushed them away and outside with everyone trailing behind.

In the end, Ian was playing with the girls in the pool while Joseph and Evander cooked on the grill. Arielle and me were sitting on lawn chairs.

I had baby Jackson sleeping on my chest. He was only a few weeks old, but he was the cutest thing. He had reddish brown hair and looked a lot like Joseph.

"I'm so glad you got back home before I had him. I needed a lot of help." Arielle smiled, touching his little feet.

"I'm glad, too. Pretty soon he'll have a friend to play with." I say.

"Yes, and that'll be so much fun! This roller coaster of our lives has been incredible." Arielle says and we laughed.

"I couldn't have asked for a better ending..." I say, smiling as I saw my family that I wouldn't change for the world.
