Chapter 30: He Walked Out.

*Saturday*

"Are you sure no one is home?" Harry asked me for the fifth time as we set my stuff down on the porch.

"Yes, there's no cars outside." I told him letting out a breath seconds later. What in the hell did I even put in these suitcases? Bricks?

"We can make the donuts then. I'm so proud of you, it's been more than a week and you haven't complained about it once." He said, dramatically clapping his hands.

I rolled my eyes at him playfully. "I'm just not in the mood for them right now." I unlocked the door and sighed when I didn't see a messy living room and kitchen.

I placed my things near the kitchen counter. "I'm kinda excited about going back to school."

Harry placed my other suit cases down and closed the door. "Really? I'm not. I haven't done school work for like a month now and I'm so use to it, I don't want to do it anymore.

"When you're done unpacking where do you want to put the suitcases?" Harry asked walking over to me.

"In my basement-" My eyes widen. "Thanks for reminding me, Louis and Liam had sex in my freaking basement." I told him as put my house key in my back pocket.

"Really? That sucks. At least you didn't catch them." Harry said, wrapping his arms around me. He placed kisses on my neck.

I moaned and pushed him away. "Stop, I want to eat. I'm hungry."

Harry nodded. "Fine, what do you want to eat?" He asked, still having his arms wrapped around me.

"I want umm rice or something. Like a real meal." I frowned, thinking about how my mom use to cook us nice dishes when I was younger. Yeah, she was still troubled back then but she cooked well. Then she suddenly stopped, probably had something to do with my dad.

Harry rubbed my sides. "What are you thinking about?"

I wiped the frown off my face and turned around, locking eyes with Harry's. "Nothing. I'm just tired."

He chuckled. "You just said you were hungry."

I shrugged. "Not anymore. I'm going to go call my sister to check up on her. Then we can go up to my room."

He nodded and sat at the kitchen table.

I dialed Donika's number and waited for her response.

We talked on the phone for a while until she told me she was off to go eat pizza with her friend.

I'm not sure how I'm going to go about this guardian thing. The first thing I would need to do is have a steady income and that requires having a job.
