Chapter 14: Fusako is found

     Later, that night, Mayu woke up and found herself with no memory what happened at Egotanomori Park. She realized that she is in Hachioji, along with her friends, who are also kidnapped and found herself in Komine Tunnel. "What the heck?" She asked to herself as she looked around and woke up her friends. "Girls, look! We're trapped!"

"What?" Marina asked as she led her friends to follow her as they attempt to leave the tunnel, but, no avail as the police tape prevented them to escape. She looked to the right and noticed that Fusako and Hoby are gone. "Unbelievable."

"Marina, I thought that you said Shibuya Highway!" Mayu explained as she stared at her, Azumi, Kira, Hisa and Tamayo and froze in shock as she realized. "Marina, where's Fusako? And Hoby?"

"They're gone."

"We forgot that this highway is actually Akikawa Highway." Hisa stated.

The china doll was shocked. "You girls...lied to me?"

"What? No! We didn't lie!" Marina denied before she sighed. "Okay, Okay, we lied to you."

"Augh! I can't believe it!" Mayu frustratingly walked away. "You girls must be crazy! C-R-A-Z-Y!" She angrily shouted as she sat down and covered her legs with her arms. All hope is lost when she saw Marina and her friends giving themselves a moment of silence.

"I was trapped, captured, and about to give up. Marina, Hisa, Azumi, Tamayo and Kira lied to me 'cause I expected that this place could be Shibuya Highway, but, It's not. Jiki Fusako stole the kokeshi dolls that formed her own name. I feel that I'll never gonna see the real Fusako again when I came here in Komine Tunnel." Mayu narrated as she started to remember the early days that she did with her friends.

"Oh, I found some clues with my friends during the adventure. Marina is the orange-haired girl, Azumi is the blue-haired one, Kira is the black-haired one, Tamayo is the brunette and Hisa is the blonde." She continued speaking as she remembered how she met Marina.

"OK, right. Who the heck are you?"

"I'm Mayu."

"She's gone, Hisa."

"That's right."

Mayu stood still in a couple of seconds as she saw the police tape and looked at her friends, who lost hope after lying to her. With determination, the china doll pulled out a pair of scissors and cutted them to form in the shape of a door. She decided to look for Fusako herself in order to return to Shibuya. Marina and her friends watched her going on her own as she sighed.

"Where is Mayu going?" Hisa asked.

"She is going to find Fusako, Hisa." Marina assured.

The china doll wiped the dust off from her kimono and looked for Fusako. She went into a forest as she noticed some footprints. Realizing that Jiki Fusako carried her, she pulled out the magnifying glass and followed them that led her to a local forest in Hachioji. Seeing this, Mayu entered as she saw many trees and some cat footprints. She took a breath before she listened to a gagged sound.

"Fusako?" Mayu asked in wonder. She has put the magnifying glass on her pocket and saw someone who resembled Fusako. "Fusako!" She exclaimed as she ran happily to see her. Then, Marina, Hisa, Azumi, Tamayo and Kira appeared behind her.

"I can't let you go on your own, girl." Marina remarked.

"Marina? What are you doing? I thought you're-"

"This means that Fusako is here in this place. Let's do this!" said Azumi.

"Bada-bing! Allright!" Mayu exclaimed with excitement.

Now gathered together, the girls ran on their way to follow the voice. They shoved some branches to make way before seeing Fusako in a tree, bound and gagged by Jiki Fusako.

"Fusako! It's you!" Marina was surprised.

"Thank goodness you're here!" said Hisa as she removed the muzzle from the braided girl's mouth, allowing her to talk.

"Who's that girl along with you girls?" Fusako asked, sensing Mayu's presence.

"This is Mayu." Marina introduced her. "Where's the cat?"

"Right here with me." Fusako stated as Hoby appeared closer to her. He meowed at the girls, who affectionately glared at him. "His name is Hoby."

"Hi, Hoby!" Mayu greeted him.

"Is that a Japanese bobtail? I think we're right all along." Azumi stated.
