Puella Magi Midori ☆ Magica - Revolt is a story inspired and set in the same universe as the anime Puella Magi Madoka ☆ Magica, prior to the events in the anime. It's written by Ned and Petals. (Links in account description).
It's been two months since tragedy struck Rosverine, and things have greatly affected the magical girls Midori and Runa. After the loss of their friends, the two are trying their best to recover and continue with their magical lifestyle. Things seem to be running smoothly... until one morning, Runa wakes up to an unprecedented change, and has no memory of what happened the night before. Follow Midori and Runa as they travel the region, encountering new friends... and enemies... along the way.
There are universe-related spoilers for Madoka Magica, so if you ever plan on watching/reading it, then don't read this before. However, if you still want to read but you don't care about the spoilers, then we've tried our best to explain everything for those who don't know what's what in this universe. We have also included some mechanics that aren't canon to the Puella Magi universe, (to our knowledge) but we thought it would fit, as well as make things more interesting.

If you haven't read the first book yet, we HIGHLY recommend you do so before continuing this one.
Overall mature content warning: Crude language, violence, gore, sexual references, themes of depression, and suicidal intentions. (A chapter-specific mature content warning will be at the beginning of every chapter.)
Warning and Apology from authors: This book contains the offensive word "Eskimo" as a way to describe one of the character's designs. Unfortunately, we were not aware of this before writing the book and were only informed after the book was completed. We apologize to everyone who is reading this who takes offensive from this word. We were illiterate and ignorant to its foul nature. We won't use it in future medias.
