jaedenmartell: i showed up and jack seemed pretty upset so i didn't ask. sadie might know idk
sadiesink_: yeah i do know. they ended on really bad terms
sadiesink_: i would totally tell you guys what happened, but i rather wouldn't. it's personal info that either of them will choose to share when they're ready
sophialillis: that's okay, i understand
sophialillis: i'm just so sad. why would they ever break up so abruptly?
milliebobbybrown: oh no, sadie pls tell me that mel had nothing to do with it
wyattoleff: who's mel?
milliebobbybrown: just a girl who goes to our school. her and finn talked for like a week before she ghosted him & then almost immediately after jack came into the picture. mel & finn never dated or even came close at all, but ever since she found out finn was dating jack, she's been obsessively trying to get finn's attention (and very easily failing) and she's been making up lies and was almost constantly messaging me, sadie and even noah a little bit asking about finn and we just kept ignoring her until we were forced to block her on everything.
wyattoleff: what? really? why would anyone do that?
wyattoleff: have you guys tried to tell anyone?
noahschnapp: we tried telling the police but they really didn't do much. they told us to block her and keep our distance because apparently it's "not that serious" which is bs
noahschnapp: & our school didnt do much either except for make sure that she can't be in the same classes or area as us at the same time
jaedenmartell: wtf??? shouldn't they do something about that?
noahschnapp: yeah they should
noahschnapp: but after that finn didn't seem to be very worried most of the time. and i guess he didn't tell jack about her because he didn't want jack to make it a big deal when finn knew he could've handled it himself.
sophialillis: oh, so maybe that's why they broke up?
sadiesink_: unfortunately she did have something to do with it, but as i said, it's not my place to say what happened
sadiesink_: jack and finn both probably have drastically different stories. i know that mel told jack insane lies. jack's side of the story may be a little far from the truth of the situation.
sadiesink_: i'm not saying what jack is claiming is wrong, there might be a little more to the story that we don't know, but if jack ever tells you guys the story of what happened, keep in mind that mel is very obsessive towards finn and very manipulative
milliebobbybrown: of course she had something to do with it.
sophialillis: jack is very emotionally closed off. i don't expect him to tell the story anytime soon, which is fine, i don't need to know what happened if it's better for jack to not talk about it
sophialillis: wait jae, are u still with jack???
jaedenmartell: not right now. i wanted to give him some more time alone so i left to walk to wyatt's to get him and then to a grocery store to get some snacks
sophialillis: how long have you been gone for?
jaedenmartell: about 15 minutes or so. i just made it to wyatt's.
sophialillis: please don't leave jack alone for too long. we don't know what could happen.
jaedenmartell: fuck i didn't even think of that. i promise we'll be quick to get back
sadiesink_: is something wrong?
sophialillis: i won't get too much into it but before jack and finn started talking, jack had really bad mental health. he never told finn, but finn helped jack so much. we're not sure if this breakup might send him back into that.
sadiesink_: aww :( i really hope jack's okay. please keep a close eye on him
sadiesink_: maybe even don't bring up finn for a little while, or even us if it'll remind him of finn. i don't know if it would be a good idea
wyattoleff: so obviously no talking in the groupchat?
noahschnapp: i think it's probably best that way for now.
sadiesink_: it'll get better, i know it will. i know they'll be back together or at least on good terms eventually. i just think that right now it's best for them to have some time apart.
wyattoleff: yeah that's understandable
sophialillis: hmm, i guess for now that it's the end of fack stannies.
noahschnapp: huh i guess we were there through it all
milliebobbybrown: sadie's right though. they'll get better, just give it time
jaedenmartell: well, i guess that's that.
wyattoleff: lets all still keep in contact though, u guys are amazing
sadiesink_: of course! and i think soon you guys will be able to still talk to finn too. i know he would probably be more upset to lose contact with all of u as well.
sophialillis: sounds good
sophialillis: i gtg though so we'll talk later
noahschnapp: yeah i should probably help my mom with dinner
noahschnapp: sadie are you still with finn?
sadiesink_: yeah i'm spending the night with him just to make sure he's okay
noahschnapp: do you think he'll be okay if millie and i stop by later?
sadiesink_: yeah, he probably needs it
jaedenmartell: wyatt and i have to go too. we should probably hurry up getting snacks then back to jack's house
