• Josh's POV •

"Y-you shouldn't l-let that a-affect your f-friendship.." Tyler stutters. "Are you kidding me? He's a jerk towards you. I'm not friends with jerks." Josh says looking at Tyler.

• Tyler's POV •

Tyler feels so stupid, he stuttered! In front of josh! Because for some reason josh makes him nervous, well Tyler knows the reason but refuses to accept that he likes josh. But gosh he's so stupid!

"O-oh.. W-well.. I-it's up t-to you.." Tyler stutters again, he wants to rip his eyes out of his face, he just wants to talk normally. "What's got you all stuttering?" Lawrence laughs. "You find it funny?" Josh says, you can hear josh starting to get more aggravated. "Yup. He sounds stupid." Lawrence says grinning. "Li-" Josh starts but Tyler steps in. "Josh don't.. Lawrence, i don't care what you think about me. I like the me I am and you can't bring me down." Lawrence rolls his eyes and goes inside to his shop.

"How do you do that?" Josh asks. "Do what..?" Tyler asks looking up at josh, he's kneeling down by his display. "Stay calm like that and continue being nice to him. How?" Josh asks. "I don't know, I guess I just know that being mean gets me nowhere and punching someone won't solve anything. You don't know what people go through, so that's why I try to be kind to everyone." Tyler explains.

"That's a good way of thinking. I'd love to keep chatting but I have to go, my first client will be here any minute now." Josh says. "Alright, have a great day josh." Tyler says, blushing at the way josh said he had a good way of thinking.

Josh goes to his own shop and Tyler goes inside, making flower arrangements, watering and fertilizing his plants, making sure his plants are doing well.

Lunchtime

Tyler is getting his stuff, he's about to close the shop for an hour so that he can go eat lunch, someone enters the shop. "I'm sorry the st-" Tyler looks at the man, it's josh. "Josh?" Tyler looks at him confused. "Hey, I was wondering if you want to go eat lunch together..?" Joshs looks at the ground, scratching the back of his neck awkwardly.

"Sure, I'll just put this up on the door and we're good to go." Tyler smiles slightly, The first genuine smile of the day. "Awesome." Josh says, chuckling softly.

"So where do you usually eat?" Josh asks as Tyler locks the door and puts up the paper. "Taco Bell, But I'm open to pretty much anything, apart from bananas. Bananas are ew." Tyler replies.

"Glad you agree." Josh says with a chuckle. 'His chuckle is perfect, just like everything else about him..' tyler thinks to himself, blushing. "Oh my gosh stop!" Tyler mutters to his brain. "Huh, why?" Josh looks at tyler with a confused look. "I didn't mean to say that out loud.. I was talking to myself..." Tyler says quietly, staring at the ground embarrassed.

• Josh's POV •

"So this is why you left me?!" A voice from behind them speaks. They turn around. "What? No!" Josh speaks. It's Jacob. Of course. "What do you see in him anyway?!" Jacob asks. "Listen Jacob! I'm just friends with him. You know why I don't want to be around you anymore. I never left you because we were never a thing! And we never will be! Is that clear?!" Josh asks.

• Tyler's POV •

Tyler looks at both of the guys in fear, he doesn't like yelling, that's all his parents did. Tyler freezes up, just looking at the guys. "Look you scared him! Aren't you a good boyfriend?! Terrifying weak bitches!" Jacob says.

Josh looks at tyler and sighs. "He's not gay Jacob. We're just friends. That's all. You need to stop following me or I'll have to get a restraining order on you." Josh says in a calm but stern manner. "Whatever." Jacob says and pushes past them.

"Hey.. are you okay..?" Josh says looking at tyler worriedly. Tyler nods slightly, not looking at josh, he keeps his eyes on the ground and they continue to walk towards Taco Bell.
