Josh wakes up to the sound of his alarm, for once he's actually on time. Josh hasn't been able to sleep lately, ever since the whole thing with Jacob happened. Josh liked the company, but now he's all alone, he doesn't even have any plants to talk to.
Though Jacob was there only to sleep around, at least back then josh had someone to talk to. Josh sighs and grabs his phone, looking at jacobs contact. 'Im going to regret this.. but i don't want to be alone... I really shouldn't text him...' josh thinks to himself. It's too late to back out now. He already sent a message.
Hey Jacob, I'm sorry. Could you come over and talk about things after I'm done with work..?
Josh instantly regrets his decision. He's quickly interrupted by a knock on his door.
Josh opens the door and surprise surprise, it's Jacob. "I said to come over after I'm done with work..." Josh says looking at Jacob. "I want to talk now." Jacob says. "I can't, or I'll be late for work.." josh explains.
"Why the hell did you want me to come over!?" Jacob yells at josh. "I want to stay friends.. i don't want to sleep with you... But i don't want to be enemies either.." josh tries his best to remain calm. "Friends!? Why!?" Jacob grabs josh by his collar. "I don't know... I'm starting to regret the decision..." Josh says and pushes past jacob, and shutting the door.
Josh runs to work, jacob following on his motorcycle. Eventually josh gets to his shop and looks over at Tyler's shop. Jacob barges in to Josh's tattoo shop. "YOU REGRET IT!?" Jacob is livid.
"Please leave before i call the police..." Josh says. "You wouldn't dare." Jacob says stepping closer to Josh.
The door swings open. Both josh and jacob turn to look at who entered. It was tyler. "uh.. tyler this is a bad time.. do you mind coming back later..?" Josh speaks.
Jacob has stepped closer to tyler. "Tyler hm?" He says circling around the tiny boy. "leave him out of this jacob." Josh says. "What are you doing here little boy?" Jacob asks.
• Tyler's POV •
Tyler looks at Jacob, intimidated by jacobs evil grin. "I-im here t-to deliver flowers.. f-for josh..." Tyler replies stuttering.
"Flowers eh? Who are they from!?" Jacob asks snatching the flowers from Tyler's hands. "I-i can't r-release personal i-information sir.." tyler says, looking at his flowers and stepping back a bit.
Jacob looks at tyler and smirks with a mean look on his face. "Oh really? Well that's too bad." Jacob says and throws the flowers on the floor, stepping on them and tearing them apart.
Tyler feels his soul being crushed, tyler was the one sending the flowers to josh and he had picked the best looking flowers just for him, as a thank you for being so nice towards him. But now all the prettiest flowers were ruined.
"Why did you do that!?" Josh asks Jacob. "You don't deserve these. You're awful." Jacob says. Tyler looks at the guys, but he can't stop thinking about the flowers he worked so hard on. He keeps staring at them, forgetting everything around him, he leaves Josh's shop and goes to his own boutique.
He eventually comes around, when josh comes into his shop. "Hey tyler... I'm really sorry for what happened to those flowers..." Josh says looking sad. Not even fake sad, genuinely looks sad. "It's okay josh, it's not your fault, you didn't destroy them, here i made a new bouquet. They're not as pretty as the earlier ones but they are the best ones that i have left." Tyler says handing josh the flowers.
"I also came here to draw some flowers, and maybe also buy some plants..?" Josh says, looking around the shop. "Oh? Well let's start with the drawing then, what did the customer want?" Tyler asks. "A rose." Josh says.
"Oh yeah, they are popular among tattoos i have heard" tyler says and leads josh to the roses. "They really are." Josh says following tyler. "here are some varieties, feel free to draw any of them. I have to go put some stuff up, outside." Tyler explains and josh nods.
Tyler goes to the backroom and grabs a box with pride stuff. He goes outside and starts hanging the flags up, and the banners as well.
Once tyler is finished he goes back inside to see josh still drawing roses. Tyler puts the box back in the backroom and goes to help some customers.
The customers leave and josh comes to the counter. "Alright I'm done drawing now, thank you so much for letting me come here." Josh says and smiles softly. "Anytime josh, you said you would be interested in buying plants?" Tyler asks.
"Oh yeah! I forgot about that, I'm actually pretty lonely since i only recently moved here, so it'd be nice to have plants to talk to." Josh says scratching the back of his neck awkwardly. "How good are you with plants?" Tyler asks him. "I'm okay I guess, i really don't know." Josh says and tyler nods.
Tyler shows josh a picture. (Picture below) "I think these succulents would be good, they don't need water that often. I have a few different arrangements so pick the ones you like" Tyler says with a smile.

"They are all so pretty, i like these three the most though." Josh says pointing to a few of the arrangements. "Alright, I'll be right back." Tyler says and disappears.
• Josh's POV •
While waiting on tyler, josh looks at the flowers that are meant for him and notices the card, he takes it out and reads it.

That's all it said, no name or anything else. Tyler comes back with the succulent arrangements that josh liked and josh looks at him. "Can you really not tell me who these flowers are from?" Josh asks tyler holding the card in his hand.
"I'm sorry but no, i can't." Tyler answers and josh frowns "can you return them a message though..?" Josh asks. "That i can do, what do you want to tell them?" Tyler asks. "I want it to say Thank you for the flowers, i don't know who you are but here is a drawing for you, i hope you like it." Josh looks at tyler and tyler looks back at him. "Alright i got it all written down, I'll be sure to give them the message." Tyler says and smiles at josh sweetly.
Josh nods. "So are we still going to the movies tomorrow?" Josh asks. "Oh yeah totally!" Tyler says.
Josh can feel the happiness inside him. Why is he so happy about it though? He's just going to watch a movie with a cute friend. Cute friend. No, this can't be happening! There is no way josh is falling for the boy he just met! They barely even know each other!
"Josh..? Hello..?" Tyler speaks and josh pops back into reality. "Yeah..?" Josh says looking at tyler and blushing slightly. 'GREAT JOB JOSH YOU MADE YOURSELF LOOK LIKE A FOOL IN FRONT OF THE CUTE BOY!' Josh cursed at himself in his head."I said that you get these for free because you're my friend." Tyler says. "You can't do that! I want to pay for these!" Josh insists. But tyler won't let him pay.
Josh huffs. "Fine, then at least let me pay for you movie ticket and the snacks." Josh says. Tyler chuckles. "Fineee." Tyler says with a genuine smile on his face.
