beach

i decide to not go home, and instead lay by the beach. i have this spot on a huge rock, its my favorite place in the city. the smell of salt water filled the air, i walked barefoot along the sand. when i got to the rock, i just enjoyed the view of the waves crashing into the sea wall behind me. i pull out the letter and read it over, and over again. especially the part where they said i was kinda cute. though it wasn't me specifically, it was really sweet. it was cool i had so much in commen with her already, we were both dead inside, we love dogs, and well were not perverts. i felt weird talking to a stranger, but i mean if we keep talking like this, we might actually become friends. i watched the people  running along the water edge, i see this one guy i know from school, he catches me staring at him. i try to look away, and act like nothing happend. i find myself blush in ambarastment, when i see him running toward me like a bay watch scene. he swishes his hair out of his face, " hey, umm Kaiden right?" i stare at him like he is a sycopath, "y-you know my name?" i sputter, he just laughs at my akward remark. "yeah, im jayden" i cant help but stare at his beautiful blue eyes, what? im still a teenager, "so umm you around here often?" he ask's with his hand rapped around the back of his neck. " umm, yeah i kinda live here," i say sarcastically. he just akwardly chuckles, his hand moving up to his head. " yeah, haha, well i was wondering if you wanted to come to my party on friday?" i dont know why someone like Jayden would invite me to a party. non the less i accept the offer, " ok, well bye Kai!" he says as he leaves. i get too caught up in the party invite to relize what he called me.
