"We've got a hit from Garth on the werewolves who killed Tammy." Sammy said as Dean entered the TV room; "I'm just sending the information onto Tim and Cassie."

"Where are they at?" Dean said from doorway as he grabbed his car key from his pocket,

"They are holed up in that abandoned warehouse just outside of Sioux Falls. But Dean you aren't going." Sam grabbed the keys from his hand, "you are staying here to train Lara, and also Cadi is too close to her due date." Dean glared at his brother, who started gathering up his weapons,

"So, you are just going on your own?" He asked him as Sammy started packing a bag,

"Nope Garth, Beth and the Reynolds are going to meet me there." He looked back at his brother who was pouting, "Dean it will be fine." Tapping his pocket Sammy kissed Lacey and Deana before leaving the bunker.

Shaking his head Dean walked toward the training room and knocked on Lara's door as he passed,

"Come on Lara it's time to train." With that he moved with purpose to the adjacent room. Setting up the equipment he heard Lara's soft footsteps behind him.

"Ok I'm ready Mr Miagi." I said pulling at my now clean t-shirt and joggers, "where do we start?" He looked at me with an evil glint in his eye,

"First you need to learn to fall." He said just as he swept my legs out from under me so I was sat on my arse looking up at him.

We trained for hours and by the end of it I was a mass of bruises. By the end of it I had more bruised skin than clear. But it worked as I now managed to hold my own. Dean was a good teacher but I think he had pulled his punches so to speak,

"Dean I'll never learn to defend myself if you keep holding back." I whined to him, "stop pussyfooting around and hit me."

Me and my big mouth; next thing I'm on the floor clutching my stomach as I gasped for breath,

"Sorry Lara but you asked me to do it." He said as he smiled and leaned against the doorframe.

"Bastard." I said before I climbed slowly and painfully to my feet.

"Come on let's get Cas to heal your bruises while I make us bacon rolls for food." Wearily I trudged after him as an evil thought entered my mind until I quickly swept him of his feet and laughed at the look on his face,

"Didn't you say never to turn your back on the enemy bro.?" I said as I sidestepped his outstretched hand as he tried to trip me up and made my way to the kitchen. Yes, that hurt but it felt so good.

In the kitchen Cas, Lacey and Cadi are sat around the table chatting away about babies and labour,

"Once it is over with you soon forget the pain." Lacey said from her position while she was feeding Deana discreetly under her top, "I forgot literally 5 minutes after I had Deana and I looked into her gorgeous face."

"I don't know how woman do it." Said Cas from his seat, "When Kelly first went into labour, I was helpless...I couldn't take away the pain or anything." He looked sad, "I just wish Kelly could have survived to see Jack; she would have been so proud."

"Yes, she would have been proud of him; hell, I'm proud of him for everything he has gone through and done." Cadi spoke up as she reached for a mug of tea just as her face scrunched up in pain,

"Are you ok Cadi?" I asked from the doorway, "That baby isn't thinking about making an early appearance, is he?"

"No Lara, he is just getting comfortable." I nodded and walked out the door; I wondered how Sam was doing?
