"Ahem" I said getting everyone's attention.
"Indie....you are back" Emily said pulling me into a tight embrace with her protruding stomach poking me.
"Are you okay?" Nick said with concern
"I just went for a walk guys and I had Jason with me" I said as Jason walked in front he room.
"Indigo!" He said pulling me into a hug
"What the fuck Indy why did you leave like that I was freaking scared something happened to you and I had to come back and Sean is out there looking for you because we felt you were injured or something!" Jason explained and for the first time he was serious.
"I'm sorry! I just wanted to explore a bit" I explained
"And thank you all for caring,you guys are the closest thing I have as a family and these few days I have spent with you has been heavenly" I said honestly.
"What caused you pain?" Nick asked looking all over my body untill he found a bruise on my ankle which I got earlier while exploring the woods and I made sure it was well covered there was no way they could have known
"How did you guys know I injured myself?" I asked remembering Jason said something about them feeling my pain.
Suddenly,the atmosphere changed like I just asked a life and death question and everyone was really serious even Jason was silent.
"Indy,there are some things you need to know and I think it's best if Sean explains it to you when he is back" Emily said exchanging looks with Nick and Jason like they were discussing something I couldn't hear as if they were mind linking.
Finally,Sean came back in and yelled at me also and then did the same mind linking weird stuff with the others too.
"Fine,I'll do it" Nick said in defeat to Sean.
"Do what?" I said getting a suspicion that I am being left out on something.
"You see Indy, there are things you need to know about us,and we don't want to keep you in the dark since we are a part of you and you are a part of us, so Nick here is going to explain since he is good at stuff like this" Sean said as he faced me.
"Okay so remember,that night in the wood and all the mystery that happened?" Nick asked
"Yes,but how did you know about that night? I didn't tell anyone about it' I asked suspiciously
"You see that stuff that attacked Caleb and you,it's called a Feral, feral are mystery creatures created a long time ago,they were not made feral but they become one,you either become a feral as a punishment or you can turn one too.
Feral comes in different forms there are vampires feral,wolves feral and different form,feral lost their logic of reasoning and they can a attack anything but recently they have been group of feral found at random in group which is weird because feral don't walk in group,they have a leader which is recently unknown and they are on a hunt for some thing or some things which includes the power of elementals" Nick explained as I was astonished
"Wait,wait ,wait!" I said as I tried to grasp my thought on what he just said
"You guys are just kidding right?"I said trying to make sense of what they just said.
"You guys are being hilarious vampires don't exist! My mom used to tell me stories about them" I said as I looked from Emily to Sean to Nick trying to see if they were playing but they were really serious,damn even Jason looked serious, this shit has got be real then.
"Look,if we wanted to joke,we would have told Jason to do the talking" Sean said upset by my behaviour while Emily tried to calm him down. What freaking with this guy and anger.
"What you saw that night, was a feral and he was trying to get Caleb's elemental power but luckily you saved him and I guess you were chosen by 'Eva' who is Caleb's elemental guide,she is like the key to his power and that is why Nick, Sean and I could feel when you were hurt or being attack by that physco because we are all linked together and their is only one elemental for each element and when one dies the power is passed on to another and all four elementals are bound to meet,it's best if they all stick together" Jason explained looking serious which is frighten in a way,I wonder what his angry side will look like.
"Wow!" I muttered "So you guys felt I was sad,can I also feel when you guys are sad" I asked
"Yeah kind of,when Sean is hurt or sad we feel a red sensation around usand he is the fire elemental,he controls fire.
When it is Nick it turns green since is the earth elemental,he controls nature like plants, trees, rocks and stuff like that
If it is me,it changes to grey since,I am the air elemental
And for you our eyes turn blue since....'
"I control water" I said cutting Jason off.
"Fine, let me see and I would believe everything you say" I cajllenged them as I failed to be believe.
Suddenly their was a strong current of wind coming from Jason then fire from Sean and finally Nick brought out a root that pierced through the wooden floor.
"What the fuck!" I exclaimed. I'm officially blown away.
"Believe us now?" Sean sked as I nodded slowly
"So how come I don't control water?" I asked curiously
"It's like a gift,it locked or rapped up somewhere you have to unlock through training and some exercise and....." Sean stopped and they all suddenly became alert.
"Did you hear that?" Sean asked the boys
"Yeah!" They chorused
"Jason stay here with Emily and Indy while we go check it out" Nick said pointing at me and Emily has fallen asleep.
Sean and Nick had been gone for like few minutes and I began to worry while Jason stood in front of me and sleeping Emily in a protective stance, growling at no one in particular and yes,he us like growling for real which is weird.
After a few minute,the door burst open as someone I know too well was pushed to the floor by Sean.
